I came from out of town to store some of my belongings here on my move up here. After I made the initial reservation I was called by John and Barb who were so amazingly polite and informed me of all the details pertaining to my reservation. That was the first great aspect. Upon arriving we were greeted by two of the nicest people Ive personally ever met. They were detailed and courteous and superbly helpful. Both of them made this experience excellent and I am so thankful for them. With them I knew my personal belonging were in good hands.

Barb, the store manager was and is Awesome!!!!!!! I am willing to spend my money and do business with a company when the customer service is excellent. Bars helped me out today and went the extra mile to help me when I had questions about products and other facilities. The storage facility is always clean and secured. I have been a customer for 3 years and I have never been dissatisfied with the facility-even during the change over. I highly recommend this facility for you storage needs. Thanks Barb

I dont know why I expected some sort of hassle when I went to rent a storage unit but it was far from what I expected we were helped by the manager herself and she couldnt have been nicer the rules and policies were laid out very clear and we were helped very quickly even went back in to ask the hours and was greeted with a smile helped promptly and we were on our way I havent been to any other location but Life Storage on Ainsley drive is a clean and friendly location highly recommend

Highly recommend. The store manager, Barb, was very flexible allowing me to chose a good exit date. The whole transition from the previous owner to the Uncle Bobs company was super smooth too. It is nice to have a storage place near by that will work with you and have terrific managers like Barb.
