First off I want to thank Lori at moving in Mannheim ,she is one amazing person . Ive moved a few times in my life but for some reason this move was the most stressful move Ive ever had . She was so accommodating friendly she just made the whole experience better . And this poor woman had just gotten back from a regional meeting so everything was flying at I her all at once and not at any time did I see her get upset unfriendly she smiled through everything. I just think shes an outstanding person shes perfect in this job with everything that was going on and getting through each and every customer I was really impressed I work in customer service and I know how difficult this can be WOW. Lori to you thank you just doesnt seem to be enough . And I would most definitely definitely recommend this place to anybody that needs to have a better moving experience and the storage units immaculate theyre so nice and easy and oh I love the locks I love the locks and you can purchase some there that that made it so convenient thank you Lori thank you very much .

Super Friendly staff here. Moving from one house to the next I decided to get a storage unit, Rachel helped me every step of the way. We got boxes, tape, and all kinds of packing supplies to make life simple. Then when we were ready to get a unit I reserved it online before heading into the office. Once there Rachel again was super awesome, got me a great deal and a truck to start moving my stuff over!!!!! This transition couldnt have gone better. Thanks to Moove In Manheim I was able to move at my own pace and now my extra stuff doesnt clutter my house but is securely stored at Moove In.

Lori was so awesome with getting my storage set up, and i love that im not dealing with a whole bunch of people, its almost always her! I was able to move my stuff in and start using my storage the day i signed up for it, and my storage unit was clean when i got to it which was great! There was plenty of space to get my car in next to my unit for easy unloading, and the price is one of the cheapest in the areas! When I needed to switch to a larger unit we got that solved in one day as well! Overall, a great storage place, would recommend :)

She is an organizing guru! The facility is clean and secure, and the rates are comparable or better than other storage facilities in the area. Rachel is top of line in customer service! I contacted her about availability of 2 units, rented them and bought some packing supplies. I have been really happy with Moove In Self Storage. Gaining access is never an issue, my items have been secure and there is always a cart available to move stuff in or out when I need it. My rent is always taken out on the 1st and there has never been an issue. Two thumbs up!

We use them because they are local... pricing isnt great... gave them the extra star because they have a truck they let you use for a day for free which was pretty awesome.
