Ron and Karen were wonderful servants, with our short stay their they also became good friends. When my family and I arrived at American Classic we did not know what to expect, but with the greetings of delicious baked goods, coffee, and warm conversation we knew we were in the right place. We were hit with an unexpected family trial and only had one week to move out of our home and get all of our household goods into storage. Ron did not have the exact room needed, but he was willing to take down walls in his units to give us the space needed, we said no. We did not want to put them out, any more than they already had. So, instead they gave us two smaller units, but the same size as the larger. Normally it would have cost more, but in return they were having a special on their first months rent, and gave us that price for one unit, we only needed the unit for one month. Not only is this great team former service members, but Ron and Karen are a rare type, that will bend over backwards to make things happen to help out in any situation. They have a great deal on their rental truck for moving and Ron is constantly patrolling the property, their security is comforting, and their climate controlled spaces are well taken care of. I recommend American Classic on Centerville Turnpike, Virginia Beach, Va. 23464 to everyone, you will not be disappointed. Good Job and Go Team!! Have a blessed day!!

si estas buscando donde poner tus cosas , por una semana, un mes, o mas tiempo te recomiendo americanclassic self storage, los managers son muy buenas personas , ellos te ayudan en todo lo que nesecitas, tienen gente que habla espanol. y sus precios son muy Buenos, tambien siempre tienen especiales. llamalos o visitalos . es muy bonito y limpio . no te vas a arrepentir de visitarlos, tienen medidas de todas para que pongas todo lo que nesecites hasta un carro puedes poner en una de sus unidades. visitalos yo estoy feliz de tener mis cosas aqui.tu tambien lo estaras. y se me olvidaba tienen una super seguridad, camaras y las unitades estan en vigilancia las 24 horas.super !

I have been using this location of American Classic Self Storage for several yrs now. I have never once worried about my personal things from when I downsized from house to an apartment... Things that go all the way to my Great Grandmother... Grandmother...& my Moms..From the first day I started pricing storage companys and decided on this one when I called & then went to check it out... I knew this was where I wanted my things to be stored...I have nothing but Great things to say about Karen & Roy since day 1... They have always been polite & very helpful.. Not one singe time were they rude or made me feel like they didnt have the time to talk to me. I have a storage unit with another company in another state also. Cant say the same thing about that company. Thank You American Classic Storage... Karen & Roy.

If you need a great place for your storage needs, this is the place! I love Karen, when I do need to go into the office and speak with her, she treats me like a family member. This is very nice feeling to get when needing to talk with her. She is very nice and very approachable. Most places I visit, I do not do leave feedback. Maybe I felt like those companies didnt need the feedback, or the service was mediocre! I believer places that have excellent customer service needs to be recognized! I have been a member since 2011 and I will continue to be their customer and refer others to join if they need the space! Thank you again Karen and all your wonderful staff!

People who run this location were extremely helpful. Got a new credit card while deployed, and due to the new expiration date my payment failed to go through. They reached out to me through my email to let me know as I had never missed a payment until then. They helped me sort everything out with no issue.
