I recently transitioned from the military and needed a storage unit. I found this location online and decided to give it a shot based on reviews. From the beginning Steve and Carol Fahrig displayed horrendous customer service, for example, the security guard was forced to complete my transaction so they could leave around 3 pm. After I was assigned a unit (by the resident manager) and agreed to terms, I was contacted days later stating that I needed to pay more money for the unit. I was confused since the organization advertises a “rate lock” policy and we already agreed to the price on the signed contract. Later I asked to see the contract and noticed it was tampered to reflect the new price and the resident manager even admitted the documents were changed after I signed! Ultimately I disagreed to pay the difference, so Steves solution was to evict me during the week of Christmas and cut my lock!

Carol & Steve have always taken care of any need I have had IMMEDIATELY within Jack Rabbit corporate policies. They have been very friendly & helpful. There are a couple of Jack Rabbit corporate policies that could be modified so that the managers could provide the kind of customer service to fit each customers needs...especially long time customers. I AM rating the managers, Carol & Steve, NOT the Jack Rabbit corporate policies. UPDATE...I just have to say,WOW!!! to the IMMEDIATE POSITVE response by JACK RABBIT CORPORATE to my recent review. My concerns were taken into consideration, and I was very pleased at the outcome!!! Now THAT is CUSTOMER SERVICE!!! Thank you Carol, Steve, and the Corporate VP!!!

Hi folks, I have never written a review for any business before, but felt that Jack Rabbit Storage on Providence Rd, VB was a good place to start. After moving to VB about 4 years ago, we needed to find some extra storage space. We shopped around a bit and settled on this particular place, as it was very close to where we lived, priced right and seemed to be very clean. We have been extremely happy with our choice. We found the managers to be very friendly, down to earth and accommodating. They made us feel like we were old friends from day one. The units are very clean and secure. We up sized just recently and we were accommodated immediately. I would recommend this place to anyone.

I used storage at jack rabbit for a short time while my apartment was being treated for mold, and my girlfriend used storage for more than a year for her work. Both of us have been happy with the service to date. The staff are friendly, and will do what they can to help you. A small truck is offered for move-in as part of their package. Their trucks are in very good shape - better than any U-Hauls I have rented over the last few years. The prices were comparable per square foot to the other places I checked. Units are clean and well-lit. Security seems to be very good; you have to punch in a code to enter a gate. Recommend them highly if needed.

I have never rented a storage unit before but I have to say this experience has been a great first experience thus far. At first I shopped around looking at a few other places comparing prices, deals, locations etc. I found that jack rabbit had the best price per sqft and a one month free storage drew me in since Im staying short term this helps me out. Having said that I would come back just for the couple running this location because they are laid back people that seem to have your best interests in mind. Additionally the office is neat, clean and organized. Other storage places I went to were a bit run down looking office wise. Two thumbs up.

This is the first time I have used a self storage for my business. My brother used this Jack Rabbit and talked very highly about it. I decided to give it a try. After meeting Steve and Carol Fahrig and seeing the place, I began to understand why. Carol went over the contract and pricing and answered all my questions and then Steve showed around the place and the units that were available. I decided to rent a unit. After being there for a few months, I had the need for another one. The experience was so good I decided to rent another one from them. I have been very pleased with the service and my units.

I am extremely happy with Jack Rabbit Storage. The units are spacey, the driveways are big and allow alot of room for getting around vehicles loading or unloading from their units. The Management is extremely kind and helpful. They listen and do whatever they can to assist. Security drives around frequently to check on the property and are also very friendly. I have rented from several different facilities and Jack Rabbit at this location is by far one of the nicest facilities, and is always clean.

Been in the heating and air conditioning business for over 29 years and been doing business with jack rabbit storage for 15 of those years. Always impressed with their professional and personable management staff (particularly with Jimmy and Sherri Adkins) at your Providence Road location. I have stored almost you can think of with no damage due to heat, humidity or moisture. I would highly recommend them to anyone looking for a great place to store their valuable belongings! Ed

Great place to store stuff! Carol and Steve are always super friendly. Any time I have a question they are more than happy to help. From the time I first walked in, to the last load I brought for deployment they were extremely professional and polite. Hate having to use a storage facility but Im glad I have this one. When I got my unit they cleaned it out before I moved stuff in and helped me as if it was their stuff going in it and not mine. Strongly recommend!

Thank you for the great experience. We were able to see our space prior to renting and it was very clean and it was just what we were looking for. The staff is friendly and very helpful and not pushy at trying to rent larger units. We had a wonderful experience four years ago and so far this time it is off to the same great start and I feel confident that my unit is safe and very well protected.

I just went in and got a 5×10 storage unit. Carol was absolutly amazing and answerd all my questions before i was even able to ask. She was very professional and nice from the time i apoke with her on the phone to the time i walked out the door. I would highly recomend this place to anyone looking for a great storage company with no hassle or hidden fees.

Good experience. Stored here for over 2 years and had no problems. My unit was monitored well and any possible issues brought to my attention immediately. I emptied the unit and everything was in great condition. The unit was inside, moderate climate control, pest controlled and clean. Carol and Steve were really nice in every interaction we had.
