i cant agree more with Jenny Rivera, they raise the rates. Then I set up for them to call me every month so I wouldnt be late. They call the wrong number and now for the smallest unit I gotta pay 93 dollars for being one day late. I tried calling yesterday and they were closed. 5 years Ive had my stuff there if I wasnt disabiled Id pull my stuff out, but because I have no help and really no where to go with it they got me by the ba((z. They sick dont put ur stuff there unless u know its only gonna be for a set sure time.

This place is the worst they let anyone who has your name and unit number enter the property and even pay for your bill without asking for ID or identify of who they are first I would never rent from them again i had a broken lock and my door only opened half way so please people listen when I tell you that this is not a great place they dont even work with you there additude is so disrespectful and I will make sure my family and friends dont ever rent from there again they are nothing but trouble

I have rented a storage shed with LANCO Mini Storage for 8 years. I would award them 10 stars, because they have the best customer service and go the extra mile! Their rates are reasonable and the facility is maintained to the highest standards. Over the years they have not slacked off like some do. So happy we found them!!
