They sold my unit to a auction, my lifes worth of stuff, poof gone. even while I would call them to check in, its not like I was gone, in jail or dead, the assholes knew I was around. The day of sign up I asked about late penalties and they said no there isnt any ever. Its sad that money greed owners can ruin someones life earnings stuff. Ill never forgive them and hope they go out of business asap

When last I was there, the place was well kept. The units are indoors, and there is 24 hour drive-in access via keypads at the entry and exit. It appeared secure enough. Passageways to units off the main aisle were somewhat narrow and thus are not as easily accessible.

Be aware. Yes, Its an indoor storage unit, however there is no benefit to it being indoors. The place smells damp and musty when you drive in and that is exactly what your things are gonna turn into. Guess what, they wont care either!!
