Terrible experience and customer service. Never received a confirming e-mail. When the delivery day arrived and no box showed up by 5:00, I called the local Vestal, NY, store and was told my contract for a U-Box was cancelled because their agent reversed the digits of my phone number. This was unknown to me since I was never called about it. The local store blew me off and told me to call Albany, NY because they couldnt arrange it. Fed up, I called back to cancel.... I was sent to a call center where they couldnt provide a cancellation number.

Jim the manager at this u-haul gave us such incredible customer service I was renting a out of towner from binghampton to Rochester Jim would call me at home to tell me which roads were open after the Irene storm so my trip would be safe he held our truck until we got there I would definitely bring business back to Jim any day thanks Jim sure hope there are more people like you

Had no issues picking up or using the equipment. Dropping the equipment off was confusing. The handout packet they gave me with the equipment said to use Uhauls website to return the equipment, which required taking many pictures and posting them to their website. However the sign at the location just said to drop off the keys

Good place to rent for your move. They have all the supplies you will need for your move. Plan accordingly as they run out of trucks pretty quick.
