Great place to run a business from. Thiss is actually where my job is located. They have a really cool garage in the same area. You can rent the garage and tools by the hour to fix your car yourself. Really neat...

Rules are ridiculous! Requirements to park vehicle are worse than the city requirements for private property. And prices are outrageous.
