Moving sucks. No matter how you slice it or dice it, moving sucks. Especially when you have to do it in a pinch. I was completely frazzled the morning of my move. I was in a time crunch. Half my moving help didnt show up. It was hot and humid out. I was just at my wits end. I know when I walked into AAAA I was probably less than my chipper self. But that didnt stop Christina from giving the most amazing customer service that Ive had in a long time. She quickly got me into a storage unit. She allowed me to use the free truck even though I didnt have a reservation. I even was able to buy some moving supplies which saved me a trip to the store. Within 30 minutes, she completely transformed my morning and my move. I can not thank her enough for all the help and all the compassion that she showed me on that day.

I have rented a 10 x 15 climate controlled unit for almost a year now, Extremely pleased for several reasons: Safety is great! VERY Spacious because the ceiling is super high which allowed me to maximize my storage unit; the units are kept clean; I visit it often and have never seen even a small critter, so I am not in fear of pests in my belongings when I move out. The manager is very pleasant as well, I have only experienced good customer service from her every time I visit the office. I only wish specials lasted longer or they would offer a special when they expire as an incentive for being a good customer! I will need space a little longer and not looking forward to the price hike when my special move in discount ends!

I began my search by calling 4 different companies within a 2 mile radius of the house. Fortunate for me AAAA Self Storage had the best prices for multiple sizes of units with or without climate control. It is also only .5 miles from the house. I have had the pleasure of being in contact with Rachel and Wendy. They were professional while taking care of my needs as a new and returning customer. At the same time they made me feel comfortable and at home with my personal belongings. The units are clean and ready to move in as soon as you have the paperwork completed. I will definitely recommend AAAA Self Storage to friends and family and this particular facility if they are in this area.

The staff are super helpful, friendly and accommodating; great customer service throughout! Especially Shara, Amanda and the manager, Dontrell, very professional. :-) The units are clean, safe and affordable. I did price compare with other storage facilities nearby and this was the best value for money. Easy access and flexible hours. The updated pay online service - providing email reminder invoices and receipts - makes payments convenient as well. I had a climate controlled unit for over a year and have no complaints whatsoever! I would highly recommend this facility! Thank you so much!!!

I have lived in this area for years. Recently, my sister and I needed a place to store some excess items for a couple months. We searched around for the best rate, however aside from great rates, we look for good customer service as well. The staff was very personable, honest, and friendly. I appreciated the easy move in and their attention to all my questions. I also received a great move in special and the free truck rental option was perfect. It was so convenient. I would recommend this company to anyone.

We came upon AAAA Self Storage on our way to another storage facility. This one happened to be closer to the apartment that we were going to be living in temporarily so we stopped in just to see what theyre prices were. Not only were they better than the original place we were going to go to but AAAA offered interior storage that was climate controlled and were extremely helpful and friendly while we were getting everything set up. We have been more than pleased so far with our experience.

I was welcomed with positive and welcoming workers who gave me all the information I needed, they have made my visit easy, comforting, and secure... I moved my furniture to AAAA about 8 months ago and was very pleased. The staff was very friendly and help me get a large enough unit at a reasonable price. I enjoyed the fact that i was able to use there truck to move my furniture and it was large enough to move all my stuff. I really enjoy the fact that their closing time for the gate is later than the last place i stored my furniture. So far no complaints.

The customer service at this AAAA storage is excellent. The staff are very attentive and always helpful. I rented the box truck to help with my move in and it saved me a couple hundred bucks over using a truck rental company. The storage units are clean and very spacious with the high ceilings. I would recommend this facility to anyone in need of a nice storage unit and looking for great customer service!

I moved to VA 2 yrs ago from NY & had to find a nice climate control storage close to where i was going to be moving. I rented one for 6 months & about 14 months later i had to rent another one. The staff here are very friendly & will do their best to make sure are happy. I will refer anyone to them who needs a nice, clean & secure place to store their personal items.

This place is great however currently not happy. We came to drop off boxes and were able to get into the gate but now that we are leaving its saying access denied! We are stuck inside the facility and no one is here to help us and I cant find a number thats 24 hour to get help. Hoping my parents can get here and get us out from the other side.

Just moved in to AAAA a few months ago and my overall experience was great. The move in price was very appealing and the associates at the Kempsville location were great, too. They were indeed very helpful and friendly, which in my book means a lot when dealing with customers. I would be happy to recommend this location to anyone.
