Mike Sloan

Called this company and they quoted me a certain amount for a certain sized unit. Told me I could store my motorcycle in a climate controlled unit. The gentlemen took my information down and claimed he would call me next week to lock it down with their current 1/2 off promotions. I called, reached another person, who was claiming that I couldnt store my motorcycle, and then told me a totally different price for the same unit. These people mean well, but need to get their act together. I ended up going with another company down the street, because they held up their end of the deal.

These people are great! I had left some wheel dollys outside my unit in November and they still had them for me the following march! I asked for print outs of my monthly bills and I had them in the mail the next day! Great staff! Brenda is awesome!

Since my last review the gate opening has been replaced and all is working well. Brenda and Andrea are always helpful and a delight to work with. The site is well maintained and that can be attributed to the hard work of Brenda and Andrea.
