Ive truly been greatful over the years with ALL the help from Donna & Bill, given to me & my father over the years, from assisting with house move, business moves, and safely securing our belongings for so many years. Ive never once had any problems with safety, the conditions of premise, theft, destruction of properties, & there units are well maintained. Everytime I stop by to get anything from storage theres always security, maintenance, and office assistance available, & the location is the very best in town!! This facility is clean, well-managed, and easily accessible from Virginia Beach Blvd. Donna, the manager, is efficient, professional, and very knowledgeable about all aspects of the Life Storage operation. I have Life Storage units in Suffolk and Virginia Beach as I am in the process of moving to Virginia Beach. The climate control feature is a big plus because I have musical instruments and other items that do not withstand extreme temps well. I am extremely pleased with my Life Storage experience.

This is the best place to go for all your storage needs, the associates give you a feeling of belonging in the aspect that you arent talking to just "some girl" that helps you get a storage unit and thats it. You are talking to a real person with a real personality that will gladly help you get the perfect unit with the perfect price all with a giant welcoming smile on their face! I refuse to go anywhere else. When they say life storage they mean youll keep coming back for life!

I have been a customer for many years. I used to live in Virginia Beach but moved to St. Petersburg, FL. Being that I didnt have a place to move and store my stuff in St. Peteersburg, I opted to keep it securely stowed at the facility provided by Store #160. The management there, Bill, Donna and Piding, have been most helpful and their service has been top notch. I have recommended others to Uncle Bobs with no regrets. (I only rated 4 stars to leave room for improvement.)

Very clean and Ms. Donna the associate manager was so sweet and nice and so helpful. She made it her best to make sure we understood everything and that we got what we needed.. She was wonderful.. The prices is good a lot better than some places I seen.. An its month to month everything we needed. They lookout for the military.. Which is a plus.. Did I say the facility was extra clean and brand new :) :) Thank You Ms.Donna for being so great to my husband and I !!!!

I made a reservation and picked it up 9/22 the first young lady was very nice and pleasant with good customer service. When I returned the van it was a very rude young lady name Olivia she just act like she hated her job smart comments out her mouth I had two other people with me that just stated how rude she was. SO I WILL SAY THAT THIS IS MY FIRST AND LAST TIME WITH THIS BUSINESS. A FRIEND TOLD ME ABOUT THE BUSINESS BUT I WONT RECOMMEND IT TO ANYONE.

Ive been using Life Storage for a few years now off & on and this is the only storage facility in Virginia Beach that I will ever use. The customer service from Donna & Bill are outstanding! I have even posted there cards on our government bulletin board for folks who are new to town or who are transferring out. Thank you Donna & Bill! Your professionalism is out of this world! THIS IS THE CLEANEST STORAGE FACILITY IVE SEEN. THE MANAGER AMBER IS ONE OF THE MOST MOST ATTENTIVE MANAGERS IVE MEET. AMBER WENT OVER AND ABOVE WHAT WAS EXPECTED OF HER. SHES MADE A BAD THING WE ARE GOING THROUGH VERY EASY TO DEAL WITH. IF ANYONE READS THESE MAKE SURE YOU GO AND VISIT AMBER AND LET HER TAKE CARE OF YOUR STORAGE NEEDS. SHES GREAT.

We rented a unit from Uncle Bobs for several years and never once had a problem. The rent was very reasonable for the area, and only went up a few dollars over the years. The office staff was always courteous and professional. I would highly recommend this location if you need to store anything.
