Rates were raised after not even being there for a year!! Before I signed up for this space, I specifically stated/asked - "Are you going to raise the rates once Im in here." Answer: "Oh no, we dont do that." Well, thats a lie. #2 - They have a bathroom there - but if the office is closed, the bathroom is locked - I get there very early in the morning and of course, the office is closed or they come in very late in the day - I cut my hand on something I broke in my unit and had to leave because the bathroom was locked! Makes no sense!

Very nice people to deal with my experience was quick, professional, and very helpful its very clean and new something I was a bit nervous about I would strongly recommend small spaces to anyone looking for storage.
