I would just like to say at first I liked them, the workers are very nice and made it easy to sign in and get things going, and at the time the right price. But after one year of having a storage there our rent went up $11. I called and they explained and I just brushed it off because it was only $11. Then the following year it went up again!! To $14 more!! I was livid!! Why does it keep going up?! They never told me that when I signed the lease. Ive had storages before and they never did that! The price I sign my lease for is what I always had it for! Lets just say after the second raise, I got all my stuff out and now I have a BIGGER storage for $50 CHEAPER at Public Storage!!

Very friendly and welcoming office. Bryan help me find the best unit for my needs, and walk me thru each unit, to make sure I rent the unit that fit my storage needs. I went to a CC unit, the place was clean and well maintaned, not like other places i had look around. the halls have music playing so that is a nice touch while you unload/load your stuff. and the prices were great, cheap and fit my budget. they offer a optional insurance that is also a good deal since it protect you from several things: roof leakage, mold, robbery, etc. I recommend you pay a visit if your looking for a clean, friendly, between budget and safe place to leave your belongings.

EXCELLENT!! I work for a medical office that has storage units at Ruthar Dr,I make multiple trips to your facility each month to deliver or retrieve stored items. The facility office to units are always neat and clean, most importantly your staff is exceptional. Daylene and Bryan are always professional, helpful,top notch customer service representatives, its truly a pleasure interacting with them. Both Daylene and Bryan go above and beyond expectations to make customers feel welcome and safe in a public environment. What a great experience! From the time I walked in the door at this Extra Space storage, I felt very comfortable with the idea of storing my items with them. They have been very accommodating and Daylene, the site manager, has been so great to work with. She took the time to show me all the storage unit so I could visualize the size I would need and helping me to decide whether I needed climate controlled, etc. based on my items. I would definitely recommend this location if you have storage needs short term or long term. Thank you!

I went to Extra Space Storage after I had checked prices online. However, Bryan tells me the 5x10 storage unit price was higher than what I saw online. After checking online he did give the unit to me at the lower price. Then we had to add insurance to that price. I thought the security system was top notch so why did I need insurance? Then when he gave me the total for my charge card it was even higher! Oh yea theres a one time service fee he failed to mention to me! One month free? Of course not!!

I must share my experience with everyone of the service I received at Oxford site. Alicia was so courteous and work with me as I called her over n over. I couldnt make it in at 6 to rent my unit,alicia went and spoke to her manager Vivian to see if she could wait an extra 10 minutes for me,n she did. When I arrived Vivian was so kind n helpful. I was desperate n these two young women were amazing! Its hard to find great help. Vivian n alicia r an asset to extra space:).

Be careful….I was robbed! Do not take the last row storage backed into the woods. Somebody cut the fence and my lock and got into my unit. Things were stolen, destroyed and now I have to go through the insurance process. I do not have the original receipts of item stolen…it is a big mess. They are not able to see anything on the camera as the camera is pointing in a different direction. 

I was able to rent a climate control unit the day I needed it. Everyone I spoke to was extremely pleasant. The facilities are clean, and theres a trolley you can use to move your stuff. I feel like my belongings are perfectly safe there. My only complaint is its not accessible 24 hours, but honestly its not even enough of a problem to drop it down a star.

The staff here are friendly, flexible and always ready to help with any problem. Even when my Jeep broke down in their parking lot, they were helpful and even sympathetic. The facility is clean, easy to access and very secure. Priced right too! If Im ever in need of extra space again, I wont hesitate to call

Believe it or not, I have never enjoyed getting to know the staff of a storage facility before. Daylene and Brian have gone out of their way to make sure the process with easy, and they even called to let me know that my lock was not engaged properly and my storage unit was open! Excellent customer service!

I have stored on and off with Extra Space since 2005 and no complaints other than my rates go up yearly. They always try to give you the best they can and work with you if any problems occur. It would have been 5 stars if rates were a tiny bit cheaper.
