I went to Taboo for the first time today and had the most awful experience. I got home and tried the flat iron, curling iron, everything to try to get my hair to look good, but I am just sitting here in tears instead. I told my stylist I wanted more styling pieces around my face and maybe a bang, told her I had sideswept bangs before and loved them and just didnt want anything "boxy". As she was texturizing my hair I must have asked at least three times if she could just razor down at a hard angle and she refused. Snip, snip, snip straight across over and over again. I wound up just having to walk out because her next client had been waiting so long. She just would not listen to me. It looks so bad. I tuck my hair behind my ears and a big boxy chunk flops out, not any sort of bang or angle, just a chunk of hair that looks awful. My layers look beautiful. Then cut on the length was great but there is no way i can recommend this place to anyone who wants anything framed around their face. I look horrible and am in tears and now have to go pay someone else to hopefully fix it. I guess Ill be pinning it back for the weekend so no one can see how awful I look!

This was the absolute worst place to go to get my hair done for prom. Not only did none of the staff know how to do a waterfall braid, the lady that I had messed with my hair for an hour and kept telling me about how annoyed she was with my hair and she couldnt get it to work. Not only that, she wasnt mindful to the fact that I have a cartilage piercing in my ear and she kept pulling at it.... she was very rough with my head. It took me 2 hours to get my hair done for prom and it turned out awful. My hair looked like a mess and I have pictures for proof of the horrible service that I received coming to this salon. What person wants to listen to their stylist groan and huff and puff the whole time about how frustrated they are and yanking on your head the whole time. Not happy and would of reccommed the styling service to anyone.

After awhile of driving by this place a decided to give it a shot, so I got a leg wax and pedicure. Not only are they fast but friendly and painless as well. Well pedicures always feel great but waxing you need people who know what they are doing, and they do. No red marks or bruises here and barely felt the pulls. Doesnt look like a big place from the outside but seems bigger on the inside. They use their space very well and everything is neat and clean. And for me they are nice and close so will definitely be going again.

I had a wonderful first experience at Taboo! I received a 60 minute massage with Becki today, and am beyond happy with my choice of place and LMT. She focused on all of the requested areas. Ive been to many places, and will definitely be a repeat customer with Taboo! The salon is very clean, the staff is very professional, and it has a really trendy look and color scheme! Loved it! Its also in a very convenient location! Ill definitely be back! Two thumbs up!

I was very nervous to try a new place, especially after another salon mishap. Sarah could tell and did everything possible to make me feel at ease. She was very knowledgeable and professional and that was greatly appreciated! I love my cut and I believe this is the 1st time someone actually cut my hair based on type.
