I go to Villanova and had never gotten my haircut by school before. I asked for a trim and ended up with my hair completely wrecked-- I usually have long layers and an angle which I thought would be simple enough, but the bottom section of my hair is now thinned and the layers are a nightmare ($65 later). I came home to my regular salon (where I receive a great haircut for $20) to get it fixed up and the entire staff was shocked by my haircut. Long story short-- now my hair is chopped and I have to wait months for it to grow back. PLEASE save yourself the stress and the money and go somewhere else. I wish somebody had told me ahead of time.

Absolute waste of money. I have been to this salon more than once just for a simple cut/blowdry and every time it has been worse. The last time I went was the straw that broke the camels back. I had a stylist named Brandi, and I asked her to cut a few inches off and blow-dry my hair straight. No layers, nothing fancy, I just wanted the dead ends gone and a nice blow-out. She hardly cut half an inch (there were still dead ends after the cut) and she blew out my hair curled. Really?! Ive had better experiences at Super Cuts! Which is probably where I will be going from now on because this is possibly the worst salon on the mainline.

The place is nice, but nothing to write home about. Its very large inside, they had remodeled and knocked down some walls but didnt do anything about the style of the place. It should be pretty easy to get an appointment since there a lot more people running around after the remodel. With all the white walls and people, it just didnt feel that personal anymore. I had been going to see Max for about a year, but I guess he got fed up with the place, so he left to go down the street to a new place, Opal designs. And since my wife doesnt like the way anyone else does my hair, Im going to follow.

Horrible! One of my friends had suggested Elijah to me. This guy told me I can tone your highlights into ash blonde to get rid of the yellowish color on them. $75 and nothing appeared to change on my hair. I swear nothing! I regret for this waste of money!
