This car wash has gone down hill. Its unfortunate that they dont have some competition, because I for one would go elsewhere. The do it your self bays dont function properly. Theres no way to prove that once you swipe your bank card that the wash doesnt function as it should. The card readers dont work in half of the self wash bays. Theres no one to complain to except these young underpaid kids that dont really give a hoot if you just got jipped. I wonder if anyone else has experienced this and got too frustrated and never reported the issues. Maybe i will open my own car wash and run an honest business where people dont get ripped off.

This place sounds pretty much a rip-off. We paid $26 for washing both outside and inside. The outside wash was done by machine with only exception that 2 guys took about 10 seconds spraying detergent over a few spots that might appear overly dirty. The internal vacuum and clean were done in a matter of a couple of minutes. So you could imagine what would be the end result. The outside was no better than a typical drive-through car wash. The vacuum of inside left all hairs and "fine particles" still in the car. And only the top of dashboard was wiped with a towel, with nothing else appeared even touched.

I all but swore off this place as the inside wash is usually terrible. I tried again Saturday and again let down...I had to go vacuum my own car and dust it after already paying this company $11 to do the job. My mats were thrown on the backseat not even put back where they belong. If you want to be over charged have fun but you can do a better job yourself for $5.00 at your local car wash. Dont bother writing either, I have several times and got nothing in response...not worth the $23 I paid to go here and will never go again.

I go usually for the outside jobby for 12 bucks I think and am typically satisfied but... I have been looking on their site and the web for like 15 minutes now... and I cant find their hours anywhere... like really? lol
