Great place to work when you turn 14! As a customer you can expect to be greeted by a group of teenage friends that will kinda vacuum and kinda wipe down your car. I paid $70 for the same service I get by spending $10 at the drive through car wash down the street. The only benefit above the drive thru washes was that they vacuumed my floor mats. Actually, that was only kinda done, I found sand and dog hair in the back row and had to shake that off myself. I had guessed that it was too much to ask that the entire interior be vacuumed. During my 30 minute wait in their lobby, they upsold me on a monthly service. Once I saw the result of their work, I was so upset with their lack of quality on the wash that I didnt even think to cancel before I left. When I did return to cancel I was offered another free wash, which produced the same result. I was glad to have cancelled the service and at $35 for 2 washes I felt I was at least not going to complain. Today I logged into my bank account and realized that I had been charged another $60! Apparently it was too late in the month and they had already charged. I called to explain myself and the young lady informed me that future charges will be cancelled, so I should be "happy" that I wont be charged any longer. Overall, Im "happy" to have given them $130! Ill remember their lack of customer service and detail for years to come and will ensure that I tell others about my experience as well.

Dont waste your time or money. I usually clean my vehicles but decided to bring my truck in and save me some effort this go around. Upon arriving the attendant explained the different options available and I chose the highest one which was supposed to include a car wash, vacuum, window cleaning, and wipe down of the interior. I even elected to pay the extra $1 each to have them clean my floor mats. When I received my truck back they asked if it met my satisfaction. I opened one of the back doors and found the floor board still had dirt and sand, and pointed it out to the person. They explained that if I wanted a better vacuum job that I would have to get the detailed detail which I didnt even know was an option. Albeit not an acceptable excuse I decided to let it go and the person left. Once I actually got in my truck I found that there was still dirt in cup holders, the shifter boot, and various other places. Plus there were about half a dozen dried wax prints of the attendant’s fore arms or elbows where they leaned on parts of the interior and didn’t wipe up after themselves. The only good job they did was on the windows. What makes it worse is that I had already tipped the person when I was paying at the register before being able to inspect their work! Lesson Learned: Keep cleaning my own vehicles or go somewhere other than here.

Ive went to this car wash ever since Ive been in Va Beach and its the only one I would go to. Well....that was until they let another car in the tunnel hit my car at the end as it was coming through. Luckily I went to check on it as it came out or they wouldve just let it slide by without saying anything. The thing that really made me leave this review is not that in itself. Its the fact of yes there was minor damage and the manager played it off like that couldnt happened from the other vehicle. Needless to say I know every scratch and rock chip on my truck and the damage was on the plastic on bumper itself. Anyway I dont like to make a big deal about something small...but the whole principle here was the customer service. The manager didnt even try to comp my car wash or give me free one much less fix the minor damage that he said didnt cause. I didnt ask for nothing and wasnt going to and left without tipping. Sooo thats why im leaving review and wouldnt recommend because if something did happen I can assure you its not going to be their fault.

My sister just bought a new car and I wanted her to go to our Bath and Buggy in Williamsburg for a serious detailed cleaning because they are excellent. I checked to see if Hampton roads had a Bath and Buggy in the area and I saw your location in Va. Beach. As I checked the reviews I am a little nervous to send her to your establishment. I also saw your responses to unsatisfied customers. We are good people not looking to start trouble. I just want the seats shampooed and the rest of the car really cleaned in detail. My sister has great patience but I want her to be serviced with the outcome of great satisfaction. One thing I did notice is management is making an effort to discuss any situation for a solution. I like that kind of positive communication. The car has a film of dust from cigarette smoke from over several years. I would like for everything to shine and smell good for my sister because she deserves it. I have rated you as a five star so lets see if it will remain.

I paid for the shine master express spray wax for $34.95. I was told when I arrived that if I wanted the wheels/rims and insides of the doors that this was the way to go. The young men did not clean the insides of the doors. When I pointed it out, he made little efford to remedy the problem so I opened every door for him. Mediocre clean-up at this point he asked again if all was good. Seeing cleaner dripping down the back, I opened the trunk for him. I feel as though I was inconveniencing him. I pointed out the bugs in the grill and front bumper and side mirrors. He told me they wouldnt come off and he did the best he could. I got in my car to see dried bug guts still on the windshield and streaks on the inside, center console untouched, and dashboard slightly wiped off. Did I mention this cost $34.95?

Just stopped in to have my recently purchased car cleaned out as it was pretty dirty from previous owner. I purchased the surry where its just a basic wash and vaccuum of the inside, there is still a lot of dirt visible on the floor boards even when looking in from outside and the windows are worse than when I arrived. The kids there were friendly but obviously didnt care about quality of work put in. The girl who greeted us looked as if her very first boyfriend had just broken up with her and boy who wiped it down after the wash kind of hung around like a lost puppy, yes I had forgotten to have a tip ready and probably would have left had he not hung around. I do feel that even at $15 and the 30min+ wait was a total rip off. You guys have got to do better

They are terrible. The machine was down so they washed by hand. My 1 year old have done a better job with his sippy cup and a sponge. They did not vacuum any of the capartments in the door, cupholders, dash, or anything else and it looked like the used a broom to sweep the carpets. They missed the entire middle section of my hood because they were too lazy to switch to an extended brush. They did not get the wheel wells nor the panels behind the wheel wells. I would have been better off waiting for a rainstorm and going for a drive in it. DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME NOR MONEY
