I had by far the WORST experience EVER at a car wash. I decided to get the $4 express wash. An Auto bell employee unscrewed my rear audio antenna upon entering the wash. After the wash, I parked at the far end of the parking lot to screw my antenna back in. I noticed soap all over my car. I proceeded to get a towel from my trunk to dry off the soap as to not leave any soap stains. I was approached by the manager DAVID. He told me in a VERY RUDE MANNER TO GET OFF THE AUTO BELL PROPERTY BC I AM NOT ALLOWED TO DRY MY CAR OFF WITH THE EXPRESS WASH!! REALLY??? YOUR WASH LEFT SOAP ALL OVER MY CAR AND NOW I CANT DRY IT OFF??? I WENT TO THE WENDYS PARKING LOT NEXT DOOR AND DRIED OFF MY CAR! I WILL NEVER GO TO AUTO BELL AGAIN!!!! FURTHER NOTE - DAVID ACCUSED ME OF STEALING AN AUTO BELL TOWEL THAT I WAS USING TO DRY MY CAR OFF WITH. HOW THE HELL WILL I STEAL ONE OF YOUR TOWELS??? I TOOK THE TOWEL OUT OF MY TRUNK!!! AGAIN, THIS IS NOT A PROFESSIONAL ESTABLISHMENT AT ALL !! :(

Terrible!!!! DO NOT recommend!!!! put it this way it was so bad I didnt waste my breathe to even tell them how bad it was, I was so mad I figured it was best just to leave and not go back. I got the $38 package and They didnt move my seats or floor mats to vacuum, missed a number of spots on the windows, dash etc. steering column wasnt even touched neither was the cup holders and Door jams were poorly wiped off. However the employees were very nice and they did somewhat a good job on the outside!

I just spent $32 in total and my car is still dirty. I had to go to 711 and vacuum my car AGAIN, and Im gonna have to clean up stuff that was on my door and seats that I specifically asked them to wipe down. I dont expect them to get all in the cracks and crevices but I mean..they didnt even try. Also, the kid sprayed some the lemon stuff all over my rubber floor mats instead of the carpet. So now i have pools of liquid on my floor. My toddler could have done a better job. Very disappointed.

I have been paying $45 monthly. The wash is OK. Whats not OK is the drying off process. THIS IS FOR ALL AUTO BELLS! The attention to detail and throughness is not there. Windows arent clean, hatch not dried, around the doors. Then lets talk dirty, too wet to dry anything towels. No step stool to reach the top of my suv.

I paid for the managers special. They didnt even touch the back of my jeep. Looks like they didnt vacuum and there were rings in the cup holders still. This took them a total of 7 minutes. How is $30 of my money worth 7 minutes? This is the first last and only time I will ever go to autobell car wash.

For 18 dollars I cant dry my car on the premises! I dont like other people drying it due to possible dirty towels. I paid to get my tires shined but didnt receive that either they just dried them off and the wash itself left swirls all in my hood. Ill stick to washing it myself.

Victoria was very hospitable and a great worker. She resolved the issue like a manager should. David (The manager) was not. Tried to argue with us on the level of service. Not great although we had a very dirty truck. Will not repeat

Excellent service! Very fast! I got the 9.99 wash and hand dry and they guy did great drying it quickly with no.spots on my windows or side mirrors. I drive an suv and was impressed by the quality of its washing it.

in one word TERRIBLE i paid for full service but they did not do good job i came back home and i spend 3 hours to clean my car even they did not vacuum good if i wanted to clean my car i wont take to the car wash

$30 to get my car washed inside and out. Didnt do as good of a job vacuuming as I would have liked. But it was better than if I had done it. They said they sprayed air fresher but I couldnt tell.

Took my wifes car here and mine. Both were a fantastic job. Very nice staff, very professional. Much better than another location. This is the only one I would take our vehicles.

Paid 30 bucks full special, I could then pull pieces of dirt from the carpet it seemed like they didnt even vaccum . Ive gotten better results for 15$
