This place sucks now. Over the years Ive brought my fleet cars here for exterior washes and the service has gradually gotten worse. Yesterday was the last straw, although it was not a whole lot worse than my previous four washes, but Im just finally over it. I always pay for the best exterior wash (I avoid any interior work on their part to reduce my need to clean the smudges/streaks/smears after them) and expect more than some cocky A-hole with attitude giving the side of my car a single S-turn along the drivers side with his power wash wand before getting back to his more important texting. Yesterday, at one point the whole assembly line had to come to a stop for some reason. Not a big deal, time-wise. It allowed me to witness, through my rear view mirror, "Mr. I.M. Too Cool for this JOB" whipping an unsuspecting customers car into the carwash in a completely reckless manner with little care for the wheels rubbing on the steel tracks that guide the car through the wash before slamming it to a stop. At least he cared enough to look for evident wheel damage when he exited the car before it was dragged into the wash behind me. Once within the confines of the wash alley I noticed that at one stage of the wash only the drivers side of the overhanging tubes was actually releasing whatever it was supposed to apply to the car. Nothing on the passenger side occurred during that wash stage. Its too bad this place is in such a convenient location for me or I would have stopped coming years ago. Also unfortunate, for their employees, is that by the time the car gets to the hardest working folks at the place, those who do all the work after the car exits the wash, a bad impression is already left in the minds of the customer, and their tips suffer, or in my case, we wave them off and opt out of any wipe down at all, and drive away as rapidly as possible. Until a temporary sign gets posted outfront stating "under new management" or "new staff", stay away from this place. Save your cash! You can wet down your car somewhere else!

Quality of service here has deteriorated continuously over the past few years. Ive kind of accepted it until today. I actually bring a couple towels with me now when I go there so that I can touch up the details myself after they finish. They used to spend a few more minutes per car and did a GREAT job on the things like vacuuming, windows, wheels, and even the door jambs. NOT ANY MORE. Today the caring and service factor also was terrible. I got the Full Service Oil Change. That comes with a $13.99 Car Wash. When I went to get it washed there was only one lane open and a very long line for the Full Service Wash. I couldnt wait that long, so I figured I would sacrifice and just get the Exterior done since there was no line there. I told them that I would like the $11.00 Exterior Wash instead of the $13.99 Full Service due to the line. Thats me giving up $2.99 of Service! They said that I would have to PAY $4.00 EXTRA for that! THAT DOES NOT COMPUTE! I said that this didnt make sense so the first lady got another lady to talk to me. She said "the $13.99 Full Service is equivalent to the $7.00 exterior"! Thats roughly half the price. She had no concern or flexibility at all she just said "well if you want the other one get in line". This crazy rule and lack of caring or concern for customers will be the reason that I stop going there. Actually, I think I hung in there for too long already.

The guys are very unprofessional. I purchased 15 dollar car wash which included though wash, wax and buff and tire shining. Non of the Staines got removed, my tires had the residue of soap or some chemical left behind(forget about shining). Not even the insect from front my bumper got cleaned. When I asked the guys representing this company they tried answering me politely but a guy circled in the picture claimed himslef to be owner of property and started talking to me very rudely with a different look... inspite of answering my question (even though I did not ask for money back) he cut me short gave me receipt which said refund and shouted at me to "get out" in a very racist tone and impolite manner. When I asked for a clarification for why he is shouting at me and not clarifying for the bad service, he showed me a board which read "no trespassing" (but i was thier customer) and told that he would escourt me out with cops. You should not advertise you as best service provider when you dont have enough patience to deal with people who are not satisfied with your service.

I got the basic wash (13.99) and paid the extra interior detail (36.99). I had recently been to the beach with my daughter so there was sand in the back seat. So I spent about 50 dollars, which I felt was reasonable for the service I was requesting. I was there for one and half hours, cant be exactly considered express. After which I had water marks on the hood and top of the car, when I expected to be impressed at the appearance of my car. And the dissapointing part was that there was still sand in the back seat, which Ill need to vacuum out myself. I wonder if they even paid attention when they were vacuuming or were just trying to get me out of there, since I was the last customer of the day. Very dissapointing. I could have taken the same amount of money, bought all the necessary supplies and spent the same amount of time with a better result. I will not be reccomending this establishment to anyone. Your better off going to a gas station carwash and then using a coin operated vacuum.

I brought my brand new (2.5 months old Highlander) there and asked if it was safe for new cars. The lady assured me it was. Asked me if I wanted the $7, $9 or $11 car wash. I told her just simple soap and water was fine. As soon as I wheeled it in, they sprayed it down with water/soap and then took brushes to the window and headlights, so I thought okay windows I could see, then they started with the brushes down the side of the vehicle. I was shocked but too late to stop and I would have to open the window and get the interior wet. I was praying for extremely soft bristles. NO LUCK, I now have hairline scratches going down the sided of my brand new car! I called and hes said how do you expect to get the heavy dirt off.... I just had water spots and dried dust from the weekend rain!!!! I will be bringing it by for them to see later. So fart STAY AWAY from this place it will ruin your cars finish!!!!
