DO NOT GO HERE!!! Their wash scratched my brand new 2015 black Tacoma. When I presented the problem to the manager Mike he told me that the brand new truck I bought had surface scratches when I bought it. In other words the truck that was inspected by the detail manager, the sales manager and myself was wrong. I stared at my new truck everyday and it was immaculate! I gave them a chance to fix the problem and the manager said it WOULD TAKE TOO MUCH TIME! Can u imagine my response? He said he would look at the tapes to see if the guy that had the hand brush in the beginning did anything that could have scratched it and call me. Like the car wash couldnt have messed up or had dirt trapped in the brushes! I called there Corporate office and the service rep was blown away by what happened, but of course nothing resulted from it. Here was his email response: Hi Mr. Mangieri, I wanted to inform you that I was able to view the video of your car wash and saw that the tech only brushed the back window of your cab and the tailgate. The rest of the vehicle was just sprayed off. After sending in the pictures and speaking with my vice president about the report you called in, our decision remains the same, that we did not cause the scratches and will not take responsibility for them. Sincerely Mike Manini Unit GM Car Spa So, they clearly wont take accountability for there actions. Basically my 3 week old garage kept, 35000 dollar truck already had streaky classic automatic car wash surface scratches on it? The manager wouldnt spend more then 45 seconds with me, wouldnt take the time to try to buff out the surface scratches because he said it would take too much time, and then walked away from me because he said he had other customers. By the way, the last time I brought my 2011 Sonata there they screwed up and overfilled the oil by a quart almost blowing my engine and I have that documented by the Hyundai dealer! 10 year customer, and I didnt even get offered a refund! I will be notifying the Attorney General, the BBB, and will not stop until they fix the damage. I will also be starting a campaign placing signs up in every Virginia Beach neighborhood so potential hardworking people will not be subjected to such a terrible company. Once again DO NOT GO THERE!!! Youve been warned!

Terrible! I really wish I would have read the other reviews before taking my husbands GTI to get detailed at this location. After waiting over 2 hours and spending nearly $45 on a wash, seat shampoo, and detail package, the car was returned to me with dirt and crumbs still caked on to the shifter and dog hair on the upholstery. Since I had already left, I turned around and went back to have them them fix it. I asked what they used to clean the dashboard and when the man said Armorall, I immediately regretted spending the extra $8 to detail my husbands dash. Everything was slimey, as if they didnt even bother to wipe it off, although corporate swears their different locations do NOT use Amorall. At this point in my experience I was willing to let everything slide but the closer I got to home, the more I realized how awful the job was. They didnt vacuum in between the front seats and the center console (leaving crumbs and even a french fry), they didnt touch anything in the hatch (it was covered in twigs, dirt and debris), the sunvisors had finger prints all over them...I was livid. I made a few phone calls to both that location and corporate and was promised a speedy response. The next day I got a phone call from a man named Guy Taylor, a manager at the Holland Road location. After speaking with him, he offered another car wash on the house. I told him I refuse to take any car of mine back to a company that thinks this kind of work is okay. (Oh, I should probably mention that the man who worked on the GTI in the first place was the MANAGER of the detailing department!) I asked for a full refund and Guy said hed see what he could do and would call me back. A week later, I still had not received a response from any Car Spa manager. Again, I made a call asking for Guy (who Im assuming wasnt there since a rude man named MIke answered the phone). He said I could get a refund only if I provided my original receipt. Ive been dealing with these managers since the day this happened so its obvious Im not trying to pull some scam on these guys. Never have I been more angry with a companys complete disregard for quality and they way they do business. DONT EVER GO TO CAR SPA!

Broke side mirror OFF! I really wish I read these reviews before going to this car wash. I have been wanting to go to this car wash for a while and the prices are cheap, but what you pay for is what you get (or even more than you wanted). As I was going through the automatic car wash I hear a loud "RIP!" I looked over to see my side mirror wobbling! THE FLAPS THAT WASH THE CAR WINDSHIELD HIT MY SIDE MIRROR TOO HARD AND BROKE IT OFF! After getting out of the car washed I got out of my car to look at my mirror and to see if there was any additional damage. My mirror was wobbling and dangling from my car! When I looked over the rest of my car I saw that it wasnt cleaned very well at all. There was noticeable dirt and bird droppings still on my trunk and hood. And this is after the guy before the automatic car washed my car with a brush, going through the car wash, getting it dried with towels. My car didnt have any mud or any other major dirt on it so I expected it to be completely clean after all of that. I asked the guy who was drying my car if he could wipe down the trunk again to get the residual dirt off when he had a chance. He got up and did a wipe back and forth and left the rest of the dirt there. By that time I was very irritated. When he was finished drying it I went inside to ask about getting my mirror fixed. The cashier called the manager over their walkie-talkies and the manager would not even come out to talk with me! He told the cashier over the walkie-talkies that I should go to Pep Boys or Autozone to see about getting it fixed. I was very upset and just left. Now I am stuck with a car that I have to get washed again (which I will do on my own from now on) and the hassle and cost of getting my mirror fixed! I WILL NEVER BRING MY CAR HERE FOR A CAR WASH AGAIN! I definitely got more than I wanted and bargained for.

Only reason Im giving one star is just to post a review. They deserve negative stars because: When I got to my car, it wasnt even clean. There were bugs on the front of the car still, the inside of my car on the floor still had dirt on it and the windows werent even wiped out. I asked for a manager to come out and look and Drew was very kind to clean the rest of my car. First of all, I paid $80 for a car wash and it wasnt even clean. Secondly, it should have been cleaned when I went to look at it. This isnt my first experience with a dirty car. If Im going to pay so much to have my car cleaned, it should be clean on the first try. I then saw my carpet on the driver side had the thing that attaches the rug to the floor gone. Drew kindly said hell order me a new one and if he couldnt get the piece, hell order a new mat. I had to then go back today and pick up said mat, only to find out that the wrong mats had been ordered. I asked for a refund of my car wash because I shouldnt have experienced my car being dirty and if they would have just cleaned it in the first place everything would have been fine. The owner, Mike, came out and refused to give me a refund and said, "we ordered you new mats, thats not enough?" No, Mike, its not. I stool there for 45 minutes after my car was already suppose to be clean. Thank you for the new (wrong) mats but I dont appreciate the service. I want a refund of my money. Im going to post this everywhere until I get it. Thank you, and have a wonderful day.
