One star because its convenient, but thats about it. The owner/employee that collects the money is always bothered by something. I gave him a $10 bill for a $5 wash and he replied with a sigh and a "you guys are killing me". I guess he didnt want to give change. I called a few times once when it was cloudy to see if it was opened and he replied with "no one is going to get me to work today. Cant you see that it is cloudy outside? " HE IS RUDE AND UNGRATEFUL with his customers.

The person who grabs the money is always bothered when a car pulls up and is rude at times. Hes always upset when he has to stand up and collect the money and walk outside. He uses the scrub broom to quick doesnt really scrub the front or the back. I also scratched my rims because he wasnt paying attention when he was tellin me to move forward. Plus the car is always wet when finished. It doesnt dry too well.
