We have always been more than pleased with this Chick-Fil-A however in the past week we have been more than disappointed with the breakfast service. Twice now we have shown up before breakfast ending but have sat in the drive-through so long that by the time we got to the window they had denied us breakfast. On the second experience we sat in line so long that we jumped out to go in and place an order but after waiting in line behind one person they stopped breakfast right at us even though we explained we had been sitting in line outside and then ran in for it. Very frustrating when youre there before 10:30 and stuck waiting. Can you please make exceptions to those who are in line and waiting before the end of breakfast especially when staff members are visibly standing there and not taking orders.

The Royersford, PA Chick-Fil-A is the worst. 3rd time here and they messed up my meal. I order the same thing over and over. Every time I have ordered, it is wrong. I order the Number 7 with crispy chicken. I HATE the butter bun. My order comes up and they give me the Chick-Fila-A Deluxe with Bacon and Colby Jack Cheese. I WANTED THE WHEAT BUN. 3 times. I told the "Lead" person about the mistake and didnt even apologize. She said "Thank you for your patience". I also told her that the 2nd time that I was there they did the same thing. I called and put me on hold for more than 5 minutes and I hung up. I wanted to let them know that they messed up my order. I gave them 3 tries. Done with this place.

Not all Chick-fil-As are created equal. This one in Royersford is a great spot to visit. I have two celiac kids and this is really the only truly-fast food we can get for them. Staff are knowledgeable about contamination etc. and weve never had an issue. For the rest of us non-celiacs, the food is great, the staff are great and its a lovely place to take some time out

I had finished my meal and out of habit shook my cup to get the last bit of soda. One of their people was cleaning the tables near me and came over asked if I would like a refill, got it refilled, and went back to cleaning up. I dont even know how to describe how impressed I was other than to give them this review and 5 stars for going well beyond expectations!

I love our Chick-fil-a. They are usually very quick. They have added lane ordering to help speed up the Drive thru line and it has helped. It is usually busy whenever we go and I believe that says a lot in itself. People would not be going here if the service was bad or it was not clean. Kudos to the staff and management for pleasurable experiences here.

Ok, so i LOVE chik fil a sauce... love love love it. The biggest reason i go there. BUT they always forget to put the sauce in the bag. today i said i want chicken nuggets and 2 chick fil a sauces... thinking if i said 2 it wouldnt get mised. So i look in the bag when i get home, and i got 2 orderes of nuggets and no sauce- arrrgggg!!!

Chick-fil-A of Royersford has the best customer service. I, too, have Celiac Disease ... and always receive the most accommodating response when I request gluten-free food. GREAT JOB Chick-fil-A ... thanks for having food that someone who deals with Celiac Disease can eat without getting sick!!!

What can I say? Its great here. Hubs thinks its pricey for fast food but the pleasant atmosphere, polite staff and kid zone make it worth the extra 10 bucks to me. Never had a bad experience here (except an obnoxious kid or parent in the play area but I dont hold that against the restaurant).

Our favorite fast food restaurant. Chicken nuggets/strips, etc are real tender white chicken. If your food isnt ready right away they will bring it to you at your table. Indoor playground for kids. Employees always super polite and friendly. Closed on Sundays.

This establishment is kept clean, the customers have been respectful whenever I have been there and the environment is pleasant. The service is quick if youre eating in. As with any chain though, if you are eating in there is always a bit of noise.

The hospitality and service is exemplary. I visited with my 3 young boys on our Dad and Dudes Night Out and the staff went above and beyond. Their attention to detail even on the condiment bar doesnt go unnoticed. well be back!

Best fast food place in the area. Staff is friendly and the management is very conscious of its customers. Kids like the indoor play area, they keep it clean. They also have events for the community.

Its Chick-fil-a! Even though its a fast food place, the food is good and the staff are friendly and helpful. The kids love the play area, so do the parents. We can actually talk a bit uninterrupted.

Bad service didnt want to make me a regular sandwich at 10:20 he said I have to wait 10 minutes because the lunch starts at 10:30. And I have to be at work doesnt make any sense would not be back

Love love LOVE Chick-fil-A as a company. Also think the food is pretty good too. This branch is clean and the staff is super nice. Nice play area. Only downfall is it is ALWAYS crowded.

Very clean. Very fast. Bathrooms are comfortable and have a mouthwash dispenser. Attendants are outside in the Drive-Thru line taking orders to speed up the process. Very well run

Cheap, lower calorie fast food. Kids love the indoor playground. Milkshakes are great. The only real problem : still closed on Sundays for now.

Great food and great service. If lines are long use the app and skip the lines plus you get free stuff.
