OK, yes, the laundry attendant, woman with a slight accent, short hair and a base ball cap is quite possibly the most miserable, nasty woman I have ever met in a laundromat, but if you dont have to deal with her, this place is quite nice. I went for the first time yesterday, a saturday afternoon, and was pleasantly surprised that it wasnt obnoxiously busy. The machines are well kept, the place is clean and it wasnt that expensive so it was great. One word of advice though, if you arent familiar with the money card system, I suggest you ask one of the patrons of the laundromat, who were quite pleasant and friendly. The laundry attendant keeps the place clean, but her mannerism shows that she DOES NOT have the time, patience, or ability to be bothered having to look you in the face, be polite and explain how the payment system works, which can be quite confusing if youre used to coin-op because there are a lot of steps n options n such. Unfortunately being pleasant is a luxury these days in the service world but whatever. Luckily the people who are doing their laundry as well are more than willing to be kind and help. Not a super bad experience. :)

If you are planning on doing drop off service and you are not white please dont go to this laundry. The associate kelley is so racist, she point blank told me not to bring my laundry to their facility. After complaining twice of how rude this associate is, not one person from the company taught it wise to reach out and apologize. This associate called me 7am in the morning to tell me about a $6 Differential that I might incure because she didnt think that I would be able to pay the $6 when I dropped off laundry worth $52.00.

Convenient Not the best service though. My clothes are always still wet. I put them through 3 cycles in a dryer and they were still damp. You need to purchase a pay card instead of just using cash to pay for your laundry. The people who work there are miserable and they show it.

Nice clean laundry facility operates on a debit card type system nice big washers and dryers for things like comforters quilts and rugs, have drop-off service for a nominal fee and the attendance keep the place tidy.
