On the whole, I do not dislike this laundromat. However, the ownership is very lax in their security procedures. Regularly, a man who is possibly deranged or drunk, sleeps there overnight. The police have been called and removed him many times but he comes right back. Today, he was washing his feet in the sink in the middle of the laundromat. The owner is aware of the problem and seems to ignore it.

Been coming here for years thanks to @$#& appliances that break down! Even though washers & dryers are old you rarely see a machine out of service, facility is clean, people are friendly. Its open 24/7 so its very convenient. Near a BK & Wawa so you can get food while you wash. Thats why I like it more than the other laundromat in Williamstown.

First time there I lost money in the change machine, no one was there at the moment because it was late at night. I left my number under the office door and left a message on their voicemail and they called me first thing in the morning with a refund. Great!!
