First time at this facility. I had 3 washer machines. One I chose hot wash, second was warm wash and third was cold wash. But all machines there use only cold water. I was disappointed. I spoke with the girl attendant, she gave me untrue explanation. "It has to go thru the pipes awhile, then get hot. It never did. No laundromat has to do this. the hot water comes when you choose that type of wash. I will not go back. They have the responsibility to put up signs that say they do not use any hot water. They are dishonest, and lost me as a regular customer. Just tell the truth, you wont use hot water, then I do not feel like she would lie about it. The place was very clean and modern. Plenty of parking

I just left here and will not be returning. my washer at my house is broken and I used this laundromat for the first and last time. I mistaken loaded too much money on my card and when I asked the attendant to return the money off the card she stated she had to call the manager. The manager stated he doesnt issue refunds. so how would i get the 1 dollar deposit for the card back? I was treated as if i was a drug addict trying to scam money. I just want back what i put on the card like most laudromat do.

Have always had a good quiet experience till today when the facility is closing today at 4 due to new years eve (which made me like it even more) till i walk in at 230 to see a "closed" sign. Simply asked the woman working if they were closed and was given a ton of attitude with a response that she needs time to clean up so she can go home. Thats an hour and a half before "closing." Erik probably never be back simply due to the blatant attitude.

Many different sizes of washing machines makes it easy to save on money and time. For a quick small load use their 25 pound washer. For refreshing your winter blankets and comforters, use one of the larger machines. The new way to pay, loading money via cash or credit card onto your laundromat swipe to pay card is easy to do and means no more carrying around handfuls of quarters. Great open atmosphere in a great location.

Gets the job done, I dont usually go to laundromats but my dryer is down due to a belt failure. I googled the best one in the area and this place came up. The place is clean, the machines are fairly new and their is customer controlled cable tv to keep you occupied. This is now my go to laundromat.

Not having a washer and dryer is a huge pain. Given my location, this place is also a little out of the way. but I cant fault them for that. The machines are always working and its cheap enough. I can usually get in and out in about an hour.

This is my favorite/quiet place in Roxborough! Everything is always clean and organized and I really enjoy spending sometime there reading or writing while machines are making their work. Free wifi and good tables by the way!

Lots of brand new machines that are kept clean and in perfect working order. Theres tables to sit at and eat while youre waiting and even a little play area to keep your kids busy. Great place.

As far as laundromats go, this one is pretty nice. Clean, friendly people working there to help. Prices are good and they have some HUGE washers for comforters etc.
