For as long as I can remember, I have been terrified to get my haircut, in fear that the hairdresser would totally butcher me up. So, once I found one that did "good" job, I stuck with them! I followed my nail technician to La Difference, where she introduced me to manager Christy Cosgrove, a L’Oreal Educator and a Nationally Board Certified Hair Colorist. While I was getting my pedicure, she looked over my hair & scalp and gave me a few suggestions for me to take back to my longtime, "safe" hairdresser. I loved her attitude and confidence, so I immediately set up an appointment... I never went back to my "safe" guy! I have been going to Christy for over 3 years now and LOVE every haircut and the occasional color enhancements! I, also, get incredible facials from the delightful Anna! She is so pleasant and knowledgable. Finally, every time I walk through the front door, the staff goes out of its way to make me feel special. So many local salons charge crazy prices for their services. At La Difference, they allow you to feel good about the great service(s) you receive by charging a fair price! This is a wonderful Salon and Spa. For those of us who have short hair, finding a hairdresser that can cut short hair is a quest. I have found that in Christy Cosgrove. She can always make my hair look its best and I have been known to come close in re-creating the look which is a sign of a superior hair cut. Trish does my gel manicure. It is the only manicure that actually stays for 3 weeks without chipping, marring, flaking etc. The Spa is another wonderful feature. The massage ad facial are as good as what you would get in Philly. The atmosphere is warm and friendly. The staff makes you feel like family. They will do whatever they can to meet your needs. If you have not been here, make an appointment to see what you have been missing. The other thing you will notice is that there is no "beauty salon" smell and the place is clean and neat. What are you waiting for ? Call and make an appointment!!

My experiences at La Difference have been nothing short of spectacular. The staff is not only very knowledgeable but very friendly as well. I currently use them for a few different services and my experience each time is always the same....amazing! I know La Difference is known for providing great hair services but if you are like me and have a hard time finding time to relax, I highly recommend checking out their massage services. You wont be disappointed!

I started seeing Anna for Brazilian waxes a few months before my wedding. She is incredibly professional, sweet and fun to talk to. Ive had slightly less than 10 appointments with her. Its no cakewalk getting through our appointments, but she makes it bearable and as fast as possible. Im so glad that things worked out; this is not the kind of thing you want to go shopping around for. Big thanks to Anna for her professional and sociable demeanor.

Unbelievable - I went in to purchase a gift card for my wife. Not sure what to get so I asked for suggestions, etc. Extremely snotty responses - I know Im a man that doesnt know a whole lot about this stuff but I did not deserve the snotty attitude. And their website says men are welcome - what a joke!

Fantastic destination for pampering and relaxation whether for a special occasion or normal haircuts. Best place to buy a gift card that will be welcomed by your recipient. Their technicians are constantly investing in their education which keeps them totally on trend for styles for men and women.

My wife an daughter have been going to LD Salon for many years and have had nothing but rave reviews. The atmosphere in the salon is so friendly that you feel like part of the LD family. You can tell the employees love their jobs by their upbeat and positive attitudes. Highly recommend LD Salon.

Great for guys... I am just a guy who needs a haircut and they are great. The front desk staff was friendly and accommodating and the stylist was friendly, talented, and gave me a great cut...even my wife commented how good it looked. Great price too...This is a true West Chester treasure!.

Christy has been doing my foils and cuts for over a year now and she is EXCELLENT! No one understands color like she does. I am constantly being asked, "Who does your hair?"........The salon is beautiful and the staff so accommodating!
