I didnt hold my wedding here. The reason is the coordinator I spoke with on the phone. She was not friendly, didnt care, was cold, and I considered her rude. She made me feel uncomfortable from the word "Hello". She really could care less about me , my needs for my event, my general well being, I even tried to lighten the conversation by making a little joke or pun and she left me with uncomfortable silence. I work in telephone customer service. Not good! When I went and spoke with my caterer , I told him the place I was considering in West Chester Im reconsidering due to the coordinators lack of interested in anything I had to say. Without missing a beat, the caterer said " You must mean Milestone" and gave me the ladies name I spoke with. Just future advice, you can at least act like you give a damn when someone is looking to hold a large event in you facility. Brides are excited and love to share that excitement with you, we are not asking for cartwheels just for you to care about someone who is going to pay you a large sum of money My large sum will be going to ANOTHER facility.
