I applied for a job that I was completely qualified for. I came to my interview professionally dressed and professionally held. As soon as I met the interviewer, his eyes went straight to my hair as if he was wondering whether it was fake or not. His eyes were disapproving. It was 100% natural, with a natural color, straightened and in an up-do. I came to the interview totally confident that I would leave with a job offer or a promise of one. Im from NJ and Ive always been highly praised by staffing companies who were proud to have me, showing me off to corporate members of their business. The interview went very well and I had called a few days later to check in. The interviewer was vague with the details and he told me that the company had declined to have an interview with me and gave no specific reason. I found this strange because I had been called by the same company directly to interview for a different position and was extended an offer but held out because People Share offered more per hour for this specific position. Days later they continued to post the hiring ad on craigslist with variations in the title, which told me it was not automatically re posted and they were still hiring for the position. I applied twice more and the 2nd time in my cover letter I expressed that I was the best candidate for the job, highlighted the reasons and I stated that I had come in for the interview and proved myself to be professional in the most cordial way. I never heard back. The only thing I could deduce is that the interviewer didnt like my appearance whether it be race or not. It was absolutely disappointing and I feel like I was treated unfairly. I wonder if anyone else has had this type of issue.

I had the pleasure of working with Laura Barba in October of 2016. She reached out to me minutes after I filled out the online PeopleShare application. Laura interviewed me a few days later, found out what type of work I was looking for, and suggested I interview for a temporary position at Fortune 500 health care company. I got the temporary position, and three months later, I was hired as a full time employee. I am a few weeks into my new position and I couldnt be happier. I love the company I work for and I look forward to growing with them. I would never have found this company without the help of PeopleShare and especially Laura. I highly recommend PeopleShare to other competent people who just cant seem to find a job.

Jessica Suter is a very untrustworthy and untruthful, She will call you up to tell you about a job that you are qualified for, then she will have you come in for an interview, after you have your interview with her, you will never hear back from her, be it by phone or email. I do not recommend dealing Peopleshare and most definitely do not recommend dealing with Jessica Sutler... By the way Jessica, the way that you wear your makeup makes you look like a clown, especially the way you draw in your eyebrows.

It can be every helpful to others trying to find a job but as I was waiting I overheard the interviewers talking about a previous interviewer and how he was dressed, which was very unprofessional and how he was attractive and she will send his application right over for a job. I just feel as interviewers should not judge the person for what they have on their backs or what they identify as. I feel the company should allow for call back to check in about after the interview.

I worked with Laura, and jake. They got me at a job that was just right for me. Im now hired in that job full time with great benefits, and great pay. I cant Express enough the level of professionalism I received. There was no Judgement. Just great work from Laura and jake. I would highly recommend them to anyone looking for work.
