This temp place is horrible. Like most in the area it is a joke. Staffed by rude, b!tchy, overly judgmental shrew like women who wouldnt know a good worker if one kicked them in the butt. They ILLEGALLY ask for medical releases and a whole bunch of other BLATANTLY ILLEGAL stuff in their "initial application package" which is an unnecessary 20 pages long. They also illegally attempt to threaten to pay you less than legal minimum wage in many situations. Basically, they threaten you will slave labor pay in their paper work and are about 1 step short of wanting you to sign over power of attorney to them. I AM NOT KIDDING. THEY ARE BREAKING THE LAW IN THEIR APPLICATION PROCESS. I will be sending in someone else to copy certain pages to bring to a lawyer. Also... they straight up told me that they have no jobs anyway & havent for a while. Dry economy. So... theyre useless & corrupt law breakers.

This temp agency NEVER CALLS you and gets annoyed when you call them every week or 2. They almost never have jobs and They also now REQUIRE you to sign a release for your MEDICAL records! They will use anything medical wise to disqualify you from any and all jobs, if you ever got hurt on the job, if youve ever been in a mental hospital/ward they have blanket policies to disqualify you from all employment. Also, they have a blanket policy excluding felons from all jobs WHICH IF YOU CAN PROVE THIS HAPPENED TO YOU IS A CIVIL RIGHTS VIOLATION (regardless of your race) under title VII. File complaints with the EEOC to stop discrimination from temp agencies and all companies. Blanket discrimination policies are illegal!

I put a few applications in this place And never got a call back. I feel discriminated against because of my age and circumstances beyond my control in the past which made me have to quit work and stay at home with my children. Now its like they dont even wanna talk to me several years later. So remember if youre applying to work for this company be sure to put them & the job they place you at before anything else in your life or you will be blackballed.
