This branch is a joke, like most temp places in the area are. They blow a lot of hot air and CLEARLY have trouble filling the jobs they post-- in part because of the low pay and humiliation they incur on applicants. The person who sends out the emails is extremely uneducated and ALWAYS makes spelling and grammatical errors in said emails, YET this place tests candidates on the same exact stuff and judges and demeans the applicants on anything they possibly can to eliminate anybody for any job just to offer the lowest pay possible to hire an illegal using a fake SS#. If you are an English speaking American, you will be walking into the typical "Se habla Español aquì" nonsense, as they perfer to hire non-Americans by any means possible. (Illegals will work for less, they recruit their family/friends, and wont complain about illegal work practices, etc, etc..) Oh, and many a people have told me if you have a (criminal) record of ANY KIND-- THEY WILL AUTOMATICALLY DISCRIMINATE AGAINST YOU REGARDLESS OF IF YOU ARE (OVER)/QUALIFIED FOR THE JOB. *****THIS BLANKET FELON DISCRIMINATION IS NOW AN ILLEGAL PRACTICE AND SOMEONE SHOULD SUE THIS FRANCHISED BRANCH IN A CLASS ACTION SUIT!!!**** Criminal discrimination is not right, especially in a state where expungements are not available. This joke of a temp agency is doing the middle man dirty work of the companies who hired them to screen QUALIFIED APPLICANTS FOR THE JOB ----THAT COULD ACTUALLY DO THE JOB itself!!!! THIS PLACE IS HORRIBLE. THE OWNER IS A HORRIBLE, PASSIVE AGGRESSIVE PUSH-OVER, b-word, the other "workers" here are lazy, rude, snotty jokesters, and you WILL BE humiliated by them just by walking into this place even IF you dont have anything wrong with you (young, college educated, criminal record free, clean cut, white).

I was lied to repeatedly in during the interview process. I took the job the offered only to find out it didnt pay what they told me it did, And the position did not come with the benefits that i was told it did. Also they insurance that I pay $32.50 a week for is total crap and does not really cover anything. They only covered $178.00 out of a $3200.00 hospital bill! At 32.50 a week xs 52 weeks is a cost of $1,690.00 it is cheaper for me to cancel the insurance (since it does not pay for crap anyway) and pay the Obama Care fee of 695.00 at the end of the year for not having insurance. They are also very unprofessional at this location. If you have any questions you are treated like you are bothering them and they just lie to you anyway.

I have been to other branches as a job-seeker. I moved into the area and figured to give them a try since Ive had good luck with express before.This branch however, is extremely unorganized and filled with airheads who chit-chat most of the day.I put in an application to update my info in their system. Ive called them several times and every time my info wasnt updated in their system. Theyve put me on hold for several minutes so they can trifle through their records to find my paper app. then the last time they couldnt even find that and told me i have to come in to fill out another one

Ad was deceptive, indicating they were a manufacturer with walk-in jobs interviews rather than just a temp agency, essentially a middleman barrier keeping you one step removed from your next job. This was a waste of time dealing with these people. As with all temp agencies, you will be tested on arcane aspects of software that your actual employer WILL NOT need you to use, you might even be asked to perform physical tests that are designed to keep people out of the workforce if you are over 40.

The worse temp agency in the area. I was short 5 to 6 hours on a regular basis. My assignment ended and they still had me in there computer system has still working for the company they got the contract. It took a week for them to change my status to available n this is a week later and still no call back on work. Thank god i stay busy looking and doing side jobs to support my family. I strongly advise everyone to stay away from them the are a joke and highly unorganized.

Talk about dumber than dumb, it seems like another session has taken over express employment. Its funny how I was living in Michigan and I was called by them and I let them know that I was relocating to PA, and now all of a sudden, I call them and they have no idea who I am. It seems like the circus is in town, bunch of clowns for receptionists...

Very sexist organization. If you are not a woman everyone looks at you if you from a third world country and seems to not know whats going on. The agent i had seem to not want to give me the time of day and was very quick to get through the interview process. Would not recommend wasting your time on this place.

I have worked here since Oct. 2013. They have always kept me employed and they are very professional. Lee and Amy have been excellent to me, and have been very helpful whenever I needed something. I highly recommend this agency, you wont find a better one.
