Terrible company. I went down there seeking employment and filed an application with them. They told me that "based on my resume" my qualifications are too good for factory work and they would like to place in more of a clerical posisition. Since then they posted several jobs on craigslist that I was definitely a fit for. When I called and inquired about these jobs I was told that the positions were taken and that if I see something like that to call immediately. My point is that having an application on file is useless and your chances of getting a job with ERG is just as good as the guy filling out an application that day. They have no database skills to line you up with employment and your all forgotten once you leave the place. I was called down there for an interview, after bothering them to do their job, and I sat there for two hour and was then sent home because they didn't have a lunch break yet. I an still trying to figure out if dressing up for the interview made me look like genius or an idiot. Nice to know people in this economy get paid to do so little for their clients and I have to wonder if they get paid commission for having x-amount of apps on file. I gave up on them and I have been going through this since June. Good luck to those seeking employment with this Company or any staffing agency in the NEPA area for that matter.

Yea... This place really does only hire illegals. How do I report companies like this to INS or immigration (as if anyone would care)? The 5 star reviews are fake reviews from the workers at the actual temp agency--- meaning the office workers, so dont take those reviews seriously. I did my research to expose those liars. This company make you re-apply every year, too, which is ridiculous. I think it has something to do with commission/application quotas for the office workers. They want people to apply even if they never have any intentions of ever hiring you. Years ago they made me pay OUT OF POCKET for a drug test, which I found out was illegal. They take advantage of the applicants here. This sham of a company needs to be investigated. They do many other illegal things, too. Update: Several years later, the "workers" (office staff) are still rude, lazy, incompetent and clearly favor illegals/Hispanics for ALL JOBS. (Little do these women know, as a "gringa"/white women I actually speak Spanish---- more than enough to know what they tell 1 applicant is not always true for literally the next person in line, with better experience. They lie about what jobs are & arent available. Flat out: This temp agency and the staff discriminates against AMERICAN CITIZENS, black or white. They only hire illegals here.

They give you jobs that are low pay for the amount of damage it does to your body . If you are new to the country and are used to grunt work for low pay.. This is the place to go. Also, I had been told I pissed one of the office staff off there because I couldnt physically do the work required. Kind of shocked me that the company worries more about their image with the companies rather than with the public they offer services to. I will not be returning.

If you need work quick you will get it here. May not be what you want or need but if your really in need of a job they can help. Mostly warehouse work. I see a lot of people complain here but if you really wanted a job you can get work from them. The difference between those who really want to work and dont. I gave them 3 stars because they could be a bit more personable and they do offer you a few jobs but seem not to listen to what your looking for.

I told them before I show up that I was a felon and they to me to come in and fill out the application so I did and when I was done they told me that they would never be able to help me because of my felons. I think that was rude and a waste of time

They are a joke. Say they have jobs when you go in they miraculously get taken in 10 mins from when u call them to when u go in. They never answer the phones. They choose who they want to help.
