The best part of this gym starts and ends with the owner Troy. He is one of the best and most relatable owners I have met. His philosophy for fitness is on point and he goes out of his way to do anything for you to make you feel comfortable and have a great experience. The flexibility of the hours cannot be beaten, so there is no excuse to not get your workout in! The equipment is everything that you would want to find in a gym, plus some extras to enhance your workout located in the functional training section. Troy has got a great thing going on here and I would highly recommend contacting him and joining this gym!

This gym is fantastic. As soon as you walk in the door, the staff treats you like family. The are extremely supportive of your goals and have your best interest in mind. Whether you are there to get a little exercise in or have set goals for yourself, this gym has it all to help you get to where you want to be. Fernando, is an awesome trainer as well as Rob. They are right there fighting along with you to meet your goals. The saying "I got your back", is them to a T!!! Very supportive. I cant say enough about Troy, Rob, Fernado, Alicia and Derek......you guys are the best....thank you.

The culture is fantastic, the gym is incredibly spacious and the place is very well-maintained and clean! I bought a one week pass when I was visiting family in the area. Rob and Troy gave me the full tour when I first came in just as if I would be a long time client, and checked on my experience before I left. Equipment is clean and well maintained...a great workout environment.

Cleanest gym I have ever been to. Staff is like family after only a few visits they learn your name and engage you as much or as little as you want. Worth every dollar. Been a member for about 5 months.
