My experience has been positive, all the coaches are always pleasant and as you enter the facility staff at the front desk are pleasant. If there has been a confusion they are willing to seek the input and correct it. I have joined because of the team conditioning as its a great workout, everyone participating has been great team and the coaches are awesome. l do believe I will get the results Im looking for. I have done several of the workout classes and enjoyed them as well. My request would be to change where the stereo is in the workout classroom from the corner its at to the opposite right corner by the mirror. So the instructor does not have to stop walk over to change the music. Keeps the class going on a good pace. No complaints keep up the great work and positive interactions with the clients.

DO NOT JOIN THIS GYM THE MANAGER LIED. He misrepresented himself said he was going to be participating in Healthways. To me that was the decision maker. I went in the first time and the treadmill didnt work they only had spin cycles I didnt even like. I left.i had asked.what do I do to cancel my membership because of the Healthways deal and was told the reason why they chose not to go that route is because they were asking for a 2 year contract. The girl said I had to come back to talk to the manager and when I did he would not let me out of the contract.. I said what contract he said I signed a 1 year con

Best gym Ive had the pleasure of working out in. Staff is polite and courteous and gym is always kept in good and clean working condition. Would be cool to hold contest(s) or some motivating incentive for people over 50 as working out for people 50 and beyond are is not as easy as the younger ones. This could generate some media attention (interest) and thus more revenue for Retro Fitness...just sayin...

We joined this gym not knowing what to expect... Now we are glad we did. The staff is great, the classes are great, and on days I cannot get to classes, I can still have a great workout because their equipment is great. I love that the staff takes the time to make you feel comfortable and are very motivating during classes. It has been a great experience so far.

I hope that everyone knows that planet fitness is a much better and cheaper option than this. Remember you are signing a one year contract plus an annual subscription due always in the middle of your contract so they will get $300 from you for a year even if you cannot go due to work travel or that you dont like the gym anymore.

Had a good time in the beginning until They never told me it was a contract of one full year and no cancellation fee I go to the gym 5 days a week and I feel so miserable I dont want 2 be there but I not paying 4 not going I hate these place because I hate being in a contract and I hate liers

Retro is what this area has needed for years. Staff is always friendly, gym is always well kept and clean. Keep waiting for them to be open for 24hrs, but overall, you need to get yourself to Retro and sign up.
