I absolutely love this place. I look forward to going each session and everyone is so professional and encouraging. I work so much harder at FT than I ever would at the gym. With PACK training, its just the trainer, you and up to two other people. I love this setting. All the privacy of one-on-one sessions but more social. Martie has also been super flexible with re-scheduling when life happens to get 100% of my sessions. Thank you FT for helping me work toward my fitness goals with enthusiasm and respect. You are worth every penny!!!

Ive been going to Fitness Together at Great Bridge 3x/week for about 7 weeks. Great personalized training keeps me motivated and moving-something different each session-Feel the best I have felt in YEARS! Have lost POUNDS and INCHES and gained strength and flexibility. When I first started, my arthritis made it hurt just to walk across the room, now I can move without pain and am loving being physically active again. Do something good for YOURSELF and go to see them.
