My favorite person from here is Ben. He really makes you feel like he cares about you. Honestly... Ive had a bad experience with only one of the recruiters before named "Branden Kessler." Where he sent me to a place of work and I was discriminated at that location by two employees. Aside from that I didnt like that job because as I explained to him during a phone call the very next day It didnt feel safe to be working there the environment was dangerously unorganized- and I didnt want to go back. His respond to me was that he thought I was being childish for not wanting to go back to work for something as little as that. That I shouldnt care about stuff like that "you should care about getting money for you and your family." He said. -Wait ... I just finished telling this guy that 1. I felt discriminated against at work and two people definitely disrespected. 2. That it was a system that I wasnt used to and didnt feel good being there . And he saying Im being childish? After I told him what I had to say I went over there and asked to speak to a supervisor. I explained the situation and I also told him that it was Brandons job to give him life lectures and just forcing a job on me and not understanding the reality of the situation was ridiculous. The supervisor apologized and he gave me Ben as a recruiter... now I got a big opportunity in my hands and soon I will be working in one of my dream jobs. I love it. I felt like I had to write this review because I dont want this to happen to no one else . No one should treat you this way and I really and passionately felt disrespected by this Brandon person. Now with Ben I feel like Im a part of the Aerotek family and thats how it should of been from the start ... thanks for reading.

After reaching out to Aerotek, I first met with Brandyn Keller who wanted to assess me and get a feel for what I was looking for in a job. Obviously, with placement agencies it isnt all about you, as the real client is the business that is looking to hire staff through Aerotek. That being said, Brandyn did want to know where my motives and passions lie, and I felt genuinely heard. After all, its in every partys best interest that the placement is a good fit. It wasnt too long after that, maybe two weeks or so, that I heard from Joe Kowalczyk, who works closely with Brandyn at Aerotek. They had a job opportunity that both Brandyn and Joe felt would be suited to my skill set. Throughout the interview process (I was offered the job on the 3rd meeting), Joe was on top of things every step of the way. He was always following up to see how things went and was willing to talk with me about any concerns I had. Even when I had doubts, he was encouraging and willing to give me time to consider if it was the right move to make. Even after their offices are closed, Joe will still respond to texts or e-mails. My experience with Aerotek has been nothing but positive. Both Joe and Brandyn are highly respectful and professional men, and Id recommend giving Aerotek a call or e-mail if youre interested in augmenting your job search.

I started off looking for jobs through the aerotek website about a month ago. Maybe about 2 hours later a recruiter named Joe Kowalczyk contacted me and kind of started asking the general questions such as what are my interests, what area would you like to work, what times are you available for work. After about a month of searching and check ups, Joe found one of the best jobs for me and I cant say thank you enough. Joe has gone above and beyond in trying to always stay in contact and made sure I was liking the job. If anyone in the future ever asks me where they should go to find work, I will immediately tell them to call Joseph Kowalczyk at aerotek of york. Again thanks Joe I very much appreciate the effort you put into helping me find a job.

I went for a interview today about a CNC machinist position. I had a scheduled appointment for 10:30am. I drove 30 minutes to sit in their office for 30 more minutes and still did not have a interview. I then told the receptionist how unprofessional it was to make someone wait 30 minutes for a scheduled appointment. I do currently have a job so its not that big of a deal to me. I feel for those who are desperately looking for work and would sit there even longer because they are worried about feeding their kids. I think this shows the companies professionalism. Shame on Aerotek. I would not believe a employer would pay that much money to Aertek if they knew how they wee running there office.

I have worked through one other staffing agency before so this would be my second time total but my first time with Aerotek. I was very pleased with the experience as everyone I had a chance to work with from my direct contact, Brandyn Keller, to Lindsey Elliot was quite friendly, knowledgeable and prompt. Luckily my story ended well in that within a month of being placed through Aerotek, my contract was bought out and I became a full time employee but I would recommend seeking out employment through Aerotek or even using them someday if ever in that position to do so. They take pride in their work and it creates an efficient, speedy, and professional experience and process.

I have called this place over and over and over for jobs and they would keep giving me the run around of not having any jobs available. Even when I went in to do the registration with Aerotek they seemed like a bunch of snobs and did not care about getting anybody a job unless you where a electrician or a plumber or somebody of high skilled labor. I even asked them to put me on there work list over and over again and still no call back. And if you went in for general labor it was for jobs of really low pay. So my advice is to stay away from these people who sit around all day doing nothing but collecting money from clients they already have and lying to you.

Truly amazing experience! I have been working with my recruiter Brandon Kessler for a year now, he immediately made me feel like i was apart of the Aerotek family. I never had any complications with him what so ever. He was always helpful, he always went out of his way to help me accomplish a lot. Which is something I have never had in a work environment! Brandon cared about me as an individual and he wanted to see me succeed not only for myself but for my family! I highly recommend Brandon to anyone who is searching to go further in life!

My experience with Aerotek I had the pleasure of working with Joe Kowalczyk and Joe went that extra mile to meet my needs. Joe does his job with a passion that I have never seen before. He helped me improve my resume listened to my needs and what my goals are.
