Theyre NOT very helpful. My scores were low in Word but higher in everything else, why not just place me in positions that would be a good match for me; i. e. Reception, File Clerk, Office Assistant???? I will NEVER go back there, LOSE MY # AND MY INFO, KEEPERS!!!!!!!!

You have to call them back everyday to see whats going on with your placement which is annoying. You can tell they deal with too many people. They also dont pay you on time.
