Been to over 65+ boxes across the country, some even out of the country and CrossFit CDI stands out. The time, accuracy, precaution and dedication the Coaches focus on before, during and after WODS is something that cant be tough. These people know what they are doing! Their community is infectious, they are nice, motivating, open hearted and some hard core athletes. Hands down #1 box in York County!

Great box. I was in town for the week and was able to drop in for 3 classes. The box is quite large, with a large rig and lots of weights. Friendly, inclusive atmosphere that started with the owner Darren and continued with the coaches, Q and Jeremiah, and all the members. I wouldnt hesitate to drop in again or join if you are on the fence.

I had the pleasure of working out at CDI for a few short months before relocating to a different state. Wish I couldve brought that place with me! Great atmosphere with coaches who care. I highly recommend checking them out.
