I absolutely love this box! Ive been a member now for almost a year and a half - my only regret... not joining sooner! Its very clean and organized and all of the coaches are great! They genuinely want you to succeed. All of the members are very welcoming and friendly as well. I am doing things that I never thought I could do - pull ups, rope climbs, cleans, and much, much more! I would encourage any one of any age and of any athletic ability to give Diamond Hill CrossFit a try; you wont regret it!
