Cant say enough good things about this gym! Ive been a member since February. I have meet and become friends with many wonderful woman! Striking Beauties isnt just a a gym to me its a second home! The trainers are helpful and approachable to answer any questions or concerns!! The owner Dena Paolino is always on hand and willing to listen to the members suggestions. Striking Beauties has not only made me stronger on the outside but most defiantly strong on the inside!!!

I love Striking Beauties! I have been a member since March and I cant believe how strong and powerful I am now. It is a very comfortable and inviting gym. The women are all very supportive and we have become like a little family. On Wednesdays the owner allows women who own their own to showcase their services and products. I was there this morning for private training and I will be back tonight for a boxing class.
