Ive been a member of PF, Blast, and now WOW. I have to say that this is my favorite gym out of all. The machines are always working, theres plenty of free weights, and the staff is very very nice and helpful. Plus its nice and spacious; even when its busy you dont feel on top of each other. I havent tried the group sessions, but they sound like they are a lot of fun. Id give it 5 stars , but overnight there is a homeless man that will wait for the front desk staff member to look away and he sneaks in and uses the machines without cleaning them.

Do not sign up for this gym better off paying 10$ a month at Planet Fitness. I was not informed by the staff member that I would have to send in a cancellation letter and pay 49.99 to cancel my membership. The staff member gave me a copy of my memebership agreement without explaining to me how i would go about a cancellation after I had already signed everything. On a Gold membership which states theres "no contract" , your still bound to contract terms. Basically dont waste your time or money its not worth it either way you lose.

OVER CROWDED, weights out of place constantly and loose and broken, crap machines and equipment, staff sits around at the front desk and socializes /useless, Even though the price is what draws you in dont do it !!! Even when you attempt to cancel you have to do it through a financial company. You have to contact them and then write a letter in, once they receive the letter the y then wait 30 days in order to cancel your membership.

I have been to other gyms, and this one by far is the best. 24 hour access, classes, clean bathrooms/locker rooms, super friendly helpful staff and trainers. Not to mention the fact that you can always get on a machine weather it be cardio, free weights or the work out machines. And its the same price as the PF black card, and you get so much more. I would rate this 10 stars rather than 5!

Iam so disappointed. This Gym is not serious. I called twice to make sure of right time of the zumba class. But the girl on the phone just wanted to get rid of me and told me the wrong time for the two time that ive called. I got to gym late because of the class already started one hour ago.

This was my first time to this gym. And I dont plan on coming back. The customer service is absolutely right. You want to feel wanted and respect and they dont serve that here. Its not even there an appetizer. Oh yes the manager shes the worst of all. She should be fired

I can now give WOW 4 stars! The AC is fixed and they make an effort to clean (and repair, when needed) the machines. Im fortunate enough to be able to go in the morning when its not too busy and Im usually able to use the machines I like!

It is believed by me and my bank that the identity theft I suffered last week originated from WOW East Providence when I re-upped my membership. I am very disappointed.

Great facilities, very clean, excellent staff and great selection of classes. The only down side is minimal classes on weekends and most classes dont start till 5:30,

The actual gym is fine just dont try to cancel your membership. The process is purposely tedious to get extra months of fees.
