My experience with this company was terrible. I am a hospice nurse and on a call one night the family requested to use this company for their services. However, after over an hour of calling I could not get a hold of the company. Ive worked nearly 200 deaths and have never not had a funeral home have an on c to answer.the family is here upset and wondering when they will be coming and I had no answer because Edith couldnt answer the phone. Terrible terrible company!!! Marshell,Anderson .copeland and Allen all always answer their phone!!!
