I cant even say how much I appreciate Ace Locksmith service, I am in Sumter and about an hour away, I am a store manager and had an attempted break in, in the middle of the night, I could not secure my store, I have 2 sets of doors and only had the key to one set, so I called Ace Locksmith, he was the only locksmith that answered the phone at 3 am, and he walked me through changing out the barrels on my doors so I could secure my building.When I offered to pay something, he refused payment, said I did all the work :-) you dont find great customer service like this very often!!! Thanks again!!!

I made the mistake of 1st calling Zigdon Services (aka. T and T locksmith). I called Paul with Ace Locksmith. Zigdon broke two of my locks and intimidated my manager to pay them immediately after the rushed lock change. I called Paul and he came out quickly, fixed everything correctly and was very reasonable. I even got him to make a copy of my truck key while he was on site. He is trustworthy unlike Zigdon.

Fine but expensive. $45. Met exactly on time, worked quickly and my car is difficult to get into. But I generally think these car lock out prices are ridiculous (of course, its ridiculous for me to leave my damn keys in the car in plain sight). But they are on par with everyone else. Probably a little speedier.

Horrible Customer Service Extremely rude and sarcastic. When asked why he could copy car keys but not motorcycle keys, he retorded. "Well, motorcycles have 2 wheels and cars have 4."
