We have had work done by Mr Sparky at our current and previous residence. The first time we called them they had a special 1st time discount. The technician had to work on several different outlets before finding that the original contractor had incorrectly wired an outlet. Even though it took extra time and effort to find the problem and make the repair we were only charged the special discount rate. I was impressed and pleased. The last 2 years we have had an annual contract. We decided to do this because it included a full inspection. We were moving into an older home and wanted to make sure the electrical system was safe and working properly. After the inspection the technician made a few recommendations; we agreed to that work & they completed the changes quickly & for the estimated amount. Our annual contract also included a plumbing inspection and work done as a result of that inspection was also done well. We recently had a problem with a generator and Sean, the technician from Mr Sparky, followed up several times until the problem was solved. I appreciate the fact that he saw the problem through to the end and got things running properly! I highly recommend Mr. Sparky services!! Thank you for a job well done!!

I had a circuit breaker pop in the evening that couldnt be reset. A service person was here the next morning. He couldnt find the problem at first because of the home being older & some of the wiring was done by the previous owner. Now i am thinking $$$s. Eventually the problem was found & to make matters worse it was for a humidifier in the crawl space which was popping the circuit breaker. Not only was i concerned about the cost since it took awhile to find but I still had to get another company in to repair the humidifier. When the invoice was presented it was for ZERO. The previous time they were here I purchased a service contract that provided great benefits for a reasonable cost. It covered diagnostic for free but since it was not an electric problem I figured I would be charged. I was not. Their repair personnel are excellent, very knowledgeable, and very professional looking in a Mister Sparky clean white shirt. I strongly recommend you ask them about their service contract.

I have used Mr Sparky personally as well as referred them to many of my clients and this is the type of service company that I am proud to say I try to emulate in my business. They have all of the tools and systems in place to provide their customers with excellent services and results. My clients and I have all been completely satisfied with Tony and all of his crews on more than one occasion and the maintenance/service plans that they offer are well worth every dime I spend. It was a pleasure to work with the Mr. Sparky team. They worked very hard and the project was completed on budget. Even though they ran into some unexpected issues because our house had some quirky wiring that was done by the previous homeowners (who likely didnt know much about electrical), they still stuck to the initial budget despite having to work some extra long days to correct these hazards. Needless to say I feel much safer knowing that we have up-to-date wiring that was done by very knowledgeable people. Dave and Wendy (the owners) were wonderful every step of the way as was their team of employees. I would highly recommend this company and would gladly work with them again.

I had Mr Sparkey come to my home to give me an estimate to hook up my generator to my service panel. The estimate came back at over $900 dollars. After I expressed concern of the high price the technician said he would throw in a full house surge suppressor. I told home I would think about it, in the meantime I got two additional estimates both under $300 to do the same job that they quoted $900 to do!! I got to say that these folks appear to be crooks and I would never recommend them. My suggestion is to get some indipendemt electricians bids and you will certainly have a more objective quote rather a big franchise ridiculous quote. Good Luck!!

Outstanding professionalism in every respect is the hallmark of Mister Sparky. From the estimate where I was informed how the job would proceed and of other considerations I might want to take into account, to the technicians who did the work and last, but certainly not least, the receptionist/secretary who made sure everything happened on time, I just could not have been more pleased. And all this quality of service and skill at a very fair price is icing on the cake. You simply cannot go wrong with Mister Sparky on the job.

Brad showed up on time, and patiently reviewed our list of desired work. He explained the options/pricing available to us for each task, and allowed us to make the call. Since much of the work was in the hot attic, his supervisor came by to help out. Brad and Brian were polite, professional, and cleaned up after themselves. They were also very understanding as we have several small dogs that we moved from room to room, in an effort to stay out of their way. We highly recommend Brad and Brian of Mr. Sparky !!!

I love getting on Google and singing the praises of local businesses that I have had the pleasure to work with. Mister Sparky is no exception. After the hurricane breezed by, I decided it was time to look into surge protection. A technician from Mister Sparky came out to the house and listened to what we needed and installed a great system. We have had several thunder storms since then and it is great to know we dont have to worry about our appliances, games or computers being affected.

Chad, our electrician, was everything you would be looking for in an electrician. Knowledgeable, concerned, helpful, reliable, friendly and patient. We recently moved into an older condo. He helped us with selecting and installing new lighting fixtures and also pointed out to us some problems with existing electrical outlets which he promptly fixed. I would definitely call Mr. Sparky of Myrtle Beach/Conway again for any electrical needs!

This is the best service company that I have dealt with since moving to South Carolina. The owner is a man of his word and a pleasure to deal with!. This company shows up on time, gets the work done, and cleans up any mess. An excellent company that provided me complete satisfaction. I recommend this company to anyone, who needs their services! They installed a whole house gas generator that provides electricity during a power outage.

My husband decided to go crazy with the outside lights and decorations and managed to blow a fuse. This happened on more than one occasion, so I decided to call our local electrician Mister Sparky. They came out and fix the problem. They were one time and very courteous. Now I dont have to worry if the electricity is going to blow in the middle of Christmas dinner. Thanks Mister Sparky for saving my sanity and my holiday.

These folks are the absolute BEST !!! arrived on time both to estimate our job,than for the installation as well.. Phone confirmation contacts both from the office & from the electrician tech,Brad confirming time & date. We got lower priced estimates , but Brads professionalism & work sold us on Mr Sparky. Their employees are among their best assets !! I would nt call anyone else!
