VERY DISAPPOINTED! I called to get someone to come out to service a generator for me. Winter is coming and I wanted to be ready. The receptionist was very helpful in getting an appointment scheduled for me on October 5th. She said theyd be by between 10am and 2pm. At around 1:30, it was getting close to the time Id need to go pick up my son from school so I gave them a call. It turns out that Bryant-Durham had rescheduled my visit to the following Wednesday and nobody bothered to call me and let me know. That was extremely frustrating because Id made arrangements to be home during the time theyd promised to come and Wednesdays I cannot be home due to my job. The receptionist was kind enough to reschedule my visit to October 16, again between 10-2. Once again, no one showed up. I called Bryant-Durham at around 2:15 to inquire of the appointment. The same receptionist said shed get in contact with the technician and call me right back. When I didnt hear back from her by 3:30 I decided to give them a call (again). This time I got a (different) very nice lady who said that theyd closed at 2:30 and she was there just to man the emergency line. She could tell me nothing about the schedule or offer any information regarding my service visit (absolutely no fault of hers). To know I have wasted TWO days waiting for someone to come by is beyond infuriating and not at all what Ive come to expect from this company. We have had numerous dealings with them over the years, both home and business and have always been very happy. I understand that things come up and that some things cannot be helped but to treat customers this way is, in my opinion, unacceptable. We will no longer be doing any business with this company. I dont have that kind of time to waste and they, obviously, dont need the business.

I called Bryant HC to come out and service an AC that wasnt blowing cold air. Paid $300 for the service call and to replace freon. The gentleman seemed very knowledgeable and helpful. He told me that the best cooling I can get is a 12 degree split. A few weeks later I signed up for AHS warrenty. Within ONE MONTH of Bryants service, my AC was doing the same thing. Used my warrenty and got in touch with a Chapel Hill AC company. The tech came out and said whoever serviced the AC last didnt cap the system properly? (something along those lines) So basically my $300 was a waste and Bryant didnt do what they were supposed to do and I wasted $300. Also, the new tech said that theres no way I should be getting only a 12 degree split and showed me that I was now getting an 18 degree split. AC has worked better since. I think Bryant under-serviced me and wanted me to buy a new AC since mine is so old. I will never use Bryant again and feel they owe me a $300 refund for their incompetence.

I cannot say enough good things about Bryant Durham. I called them in after another vendor left my house in shambles. From the time of my first phone call, every person I have worked with has been great. I have used both the electrical and hvac divisions. The entire staff has exceptional customer service. They are always timely, and the technicians have and gone above and beyond to what I asked, and better than I hoped for, from start to finish. Its easy to get taken advantage of. Or (what happened to me) you can unknowingly have work done by people who are either ignorant or dont care about doing a good job - then you are left with the bill and consequences. If you want an electrical or hvac company whose work you will never have to worry about, Bryant Durham is the one to call.

My AC unit stopped working and the heat right now is 96 degrees F. I had to spend a whole night without AC but I called Bryant Durham Services and they were in the huose 2 hrs later. Matt was my technician and he found the problem right away. You have to understand that I think two Hundred dollars for an hr work is a little expensive and thediagnostic fee is a little hugher than some other places I checked but in general the price was better than competitive and The tech took the time to explain what was wrong and did a complete check of the unit. Im very satisfied with the work and would recommend this company to anyone having AC trouble.

Its a shame, because I had them do a bunch of wiring in my garage about a year ago, and they were great. The wiring was extensive, and cost about $2k. Since then, I have had them out for several estimates, one to install a mini split A/C unit, which their quote was unbelievably high, and most recently to install/replace a chandelier. Now, the chandelier was not easy to reach, being over the stairs and all...but their quote....?? $1350.00!!!!!! you have got to be joking. Dont waste your time here unless you have a pocket full of cash you want to throw away.

I signed up for Schedule Maintenance on a newer home. Their technician Rich came out and did a thorough inspection and identified & fixed possible trouble spots and offered ways to improve efficiency. He also shared the knowledge to increase my awareness of the systems. If Rich is an indication of their overall service level, then I give them the highest rating and would recommend them to anyone. Great work!

Came on time and the gentleman was very polite. Our air unit had shut itself off and I was able to get an appointment the same day I called. The repairman shared some tips with us so that we can maintain our HVAC unit. He quickly did some troubleshooting and was able to get to the root of the problem. Our air was up and running again within about an hour and it didnt cost an arm and a leg. :)

Demetrius is a talented electrician who went out of his way to provide exceptional service. He solved our problem efficiently, and even did an expert job patching drywall after moving electrical outlets. He cleaned up neatly afterwards as well. In addition, he was amiable and considerate. We were very grateful for his professionalism and personable service.

Recently I had Bryant Electric to install two new outside lighting fixtures in the front of my home. The technician did a terrible job installing the lights and they do not work properly. I contacted Bryant Electric and they will not return my calls. They took my money and refuse to correct the situation. Would not recommend Bryant Electric to anyone.

I called them to get the estimate for getting the electrical work done at my house. The office staff was very courteous and helpful. Chris Wolfe, the Senior Electrician came over to look at the issues we had. He came on time and was very professional . He spent time explaining the issues we had. I recommend this company highly.

Quick, painless, and affordable. We had a couple of new outlets that we needed, and it was completed without leaving any trace, the outlets look like theyve always been there. The rep that came out was courteous and professional. He even humored me by answering a question about some electrical system oddities that I had.
