I am not very good at writing reviews. Floyds is the only mortuary I have ever dealt with. As well as I can remember there was never any question who we would call when we lost a loved one. My mother passed away in Asheville N.C. and they were there in just a few hours. Wilma Rich Fort Irwin CA.

Very nice staff at the East Main Street location. Visited for a friend this week. The building is somewhat not the nice building that I remember as a little girl. The paint is peeling on the outside entryway porch, the bathroom wallpaper is dated. I think that the facility needs a little upkeep.

Scott, Jennifer, Wayne, LeRoy, Robin, and the rest of the staff were excellent and very professional taking care of my Mamas 3/9/17 and my Daddys 4/29/11 funerals. I cannot say thank you enough for taking such great care of us before, during, and after the service.
