Everyone was awesome but the driver was a bit rude and unprofessional when I opened the door for my elderly father. Now if that is such a problem...something as simple as opening a door let the person in a professional manner that its their job to do so. Instead I got rudeness and attitude. Had it been my actual mother who had passed this would had ruined my total experience.

It wasnt an easy thing having to make arrangements after my mothers death but Ms. Cole and the rest of the staff at Calhoun on Rockside Rd. made it very easy for me, they helped me step by step and was very genuine.
