I cant say enough about the David Russell Funneral Home. The hardwork, dedication, caring, and compassion that Scott and Pam provided us in our time of loss was comforting. I was home on emergency leave from deployment to say good bye to my dad who was in hospice. I personally spoke with 5 local funeral homes in the area and they all refused to meet with me until after my dad passed. We didnt have time to wait to make arrangements and we still were so lost on the process. Scott was so nice on the phone and the cost was so affordable that I wanted to see the establishment in person. Scott led me and my sister through the process and kept his door open after hours to answer all our questions. After dealing with the other rude funneral homes on the phone, we went with David Russell hands down and they pulled off a miricle! All the other homes said cremation would take 10-14 business days and that it could not be expedited. David Russell did it in 4 days and we were able to have our dad at the service! They also use a serial number to verify the ashes, so there was no doubt my dad showed up. As hard as the experience was losing our dad, David Russell made the after process easy and affordable. The Ramik family thank you from the bottom our hearts.

The owner, Russell, is very ignorant, hurtful, rude and very belligerent on the phone. He has no people skills and very poor customer service. Its a wonder this establishment is still surviving.
