have no problem except with the payment book/verses electronic i opped to do monthly payments with a payment book. made first payment in feb of this year with check and payment book stub two weeks later another payment was taken out of my account electronicly with out our permission. lucky enough the money was in there and did not disrupt any other payments. as far as i am concerned it was stolen from our account because they did not have our permission to do so. i went to the bank and they said i would have to do up a legal letter and send by way of certified mail. (which cost more-over $6.00) trip to bank-trip to legal person-trip to post office and not to say the aggravasion it has caused since i found out they took two payments for feb. for both me and my husband. we did this so our kids would not have the aggravasion of planning our funeral. but why does it have to be an aggravasion for us now. sure hope they give me the money they took out electronicly, plus the extras

While visiting my parents in Florida, I assisted them with their pre-planning funeral services. I had done prior research on the Baldwin Brothers Funeral & Cremation Services and knew I found the business to work with. After hours, I sent an electronic message and within 15 minutes I received a call from Cameron ODell, a licensed planning counselor, from the Baldwin Brothers. Cameron took special care and time to answer every one of my questions so that I could write them down for my parents. He also followed up with an email to me after we talked. My parents made an appointment and went in and met Cameron and had nothing but great things to say about him and the Baldwin Brothers services. No pressure. Was patient and took good care of my parents. Really set their minds at ease. I would highly recommend anyone looking for pre-planning or funeral services to contact Baldwin Brothers and ask for Cameron. I truly believe you will be very happy with your choice to contact them!!

Suzanne blanks at Baldwin brothers funeral home was awesome when my father passed. The entire funeral home was amazing and very supportive. I loved how they were not pushy about buying a bunch of extra stuff to place his remains in. They were all very nice and helped us with so much in our tragic time. They made a hard thing to handle alot easier on us and on our family. I loved how Suzanne explained the whole process that was going to take place and how everything would be handled. She even answered questions that we didnt know that we had. Thank you again Suzanne for being amazing at your job and being so respectful. My father would have really liked you and Im happy that he was taken care of by you and your company in his final destination.
