Absolutely the worst staffing company Ive ever had the displeasure of dealing with. Was told to wait in till other guys got their background checks in. I waited 4 days and finally they say just go on in the next day. The next day comes and I call to verify my orientation with voith, they tell me to wait another day or two cause the other guys check is being verified. Call them today and apparently Im disqualified from getting the job due to a no show at orientation. I just wish to God there was a way to give them a negative score, because this is the THIRD awful experience Ive had with them. Safe to say, NEVER AGAIN AEROTEK. Never again

Aerotek is the worst temp service ever. They treated me like nothing at all. They had me do a interview, stated to me that i got hired and then a week later ,they told me that couldnt hire me because my references were not availiable which was totally a lier. Taylor who interview me was very terrible at her job. She told me i was a very good candiate for the position i was applying for but then lied to me over the phone. All This company cares about is money and not their own employees. The process is ridicolous and i would not recommend this AGENCY to anyone....Sorry AEROTEK, fire your employees/recruiters.

This has to be the worst staffing agency I have ever been to. Everything sounded promising and what not but after I left another person recieved a follow up email and what not and Ive still to receive anything from them, not even a phone call. I do not recommend this place to anyone!
