Had a pretty horrible at this location this morning. I realize breakfast ends at 10:30, and I realize Im going to be cutting it close, so I try to call in my order. Rings forever with no answer. I get to the location at 10:29, and am told breakfast has ended. I ask to speak to a manager (who is maybe 18 or 19 years old at the most) and he tells me that they turn their phones off because "theyre too busy to answer". Firstly, isnt this illegal? What if there was an emergency and the police needed to call? He explains to me there are 50 people on staff today and they still cant keep up. Shouldnt you staff more employees then? How is it the customers fault that youre not staffed properly to handle your expected business? Just an unacceptable way of doing business, and its very frustrating that I couldnt spend my money here like Id planned. Maybe continue to serve breakfast thats left over until around 10:35, since your lines are so incredibly long, and people have been waiting since before the cutoff? Just a few suggestions to the owner Barry Hooper.

a 4.2? Who are all these communists in Brentwood that dont like Chick-fil-A? Nothing says " Murica! " quite like a #3 with polynesian sauce and a sweet tea. Ok, maybe a Squad Automatic Weapon being wielded by a somewhat sober Marine planting a flag on a mountain of terrorist corpses, but you know hes thinking about that breaded poultry goodness the whole time hes slayin bodies for funsies. I give this location 5 stars for its fantastic service and the scenery of hot moms driving cars worth more than the average American single-family home. #chicken #nohomo #America!

This is the Mecca of all chain restaurants (hell, even of all places in general) in Brentwood. I always like coming to this location since it is in the center of Brentwood and I notice that the chicken here is cooked crispier than at other CFAs. The service is really good, even considering a lot of the staff are high school age. For a restaurant this packed, management did a great job organizing the lines of the drive thrus and in the dining area, but they still have very long waiting times regardless. Good place overall though, recommended.

So i just went on a 5 mile hike and i got a little hungry. So i thought to myself lets go to chick fila because its clean, and it has good service. As im ordering the employee Mel" was very unresponsive And zoned out. Alec" on the other hand was so repsonsive, nice , and enthusiastic. Mel should be fired on the spot his service was trash. And i love how he conversated with ladys older than him. Its really weird

Best Chikfila in the state of Tennessee. Period. Super nice staff that are well trained to act how service oriented employees are supposed to act, courteous and thankful for your business!! Their good attitudes are infectious! And they have a cool "family night" on Tuesday where they have a balloon artist and live music for the kids, not to mention kids meals are only a dollar or so. We love it!

I love Chic-Fil-A. At this location, however, I saw a franchise operator treating one of his employees shamefully (in full view of other customers and employees). Thats all I want to say out of respect to the employee, who did nothing wrong. I expected more from an organization that prides itself on being "Christian," whatever that means. I will not be eating at this location again.

When i initially entered the door i expected a usual chicken fil a experienced. I got a large cookies and cream milkshake. It was great. Then i went for a chicken sandwich. It was great. Then i asked the manager WHILE I WAS STILL IN MY SEAT for a cup of ice water, and son of a gun the guy brought it to me! I dont even get this kind of service at like olive garden. 5stars.

This restaurant was clean and their food is up to chain expectations. Todays chicken sandwich was spot on with the right seasoning and level of crispness. Service is usually expedient, but they do get overwhelmed by the volume in the area. This is by far the busiest restaurant in the area for lunch. This is kid friendly with a play area.

This is always my favorite CFA. I rarely use the drive thru, because Brentwood traffic is so heavy, and when I go in there are plenty of smiles and warm, friendly, and efficient service. My only complaint is that the peach shake is seasonal, but maybe absence makes the heart grow fonder.

I mean its fast food. The food is not great- but for a place to take my kids to play. Get a snack. Then they are in a happy mood to do some mom shopping at TJ Maxx/ norstorm rack. Yes. Yes. yes. They vtake care of customers so its easy with kids to get in and out.

This location has horrible service. The drive through is incredibly slow. Multiple times have spent more than 20 minutes only to be told to pull aside to wait longer. If I didnt mind waiting, I wouldnt be getting fast food—given its lack of nutritional value.

Have you ever eaten one of their sandwiches and fries with absolutely no sauce? I have and they suck. Thanks for forgetting my condiments you dumb kids. Should have looked in the bag but I thought Chick-fil-A was above that though but obviously not

The food (like all Chick fil-as) is awesome. The lines getting through anytime around a mealtime are outrageous enough to turn many away. They also clog up the entrance to the entire shopping center. I recommend going at off times. 3pm?

My wifey an daughter ate there and they seem to be ok. So I guess its good. If I ate there may be I wouldve given more stars? They not only looked satisfied, but my daughter passed out right away. So there you go, guess the food was great.

Great food at a very low price, I eat here a few times a week. Took my daughters to their daddy daughter date night and they had a blast. The best part was they charged nothing for the event! Cant beat this great company.

Always friendly, fast, yummy, and clean. Caution about the traffic: the drive thru backs out into the street during peak hours and there is limited parking. This is strictly because CFA is in such high demand.

Food and staff are great of course. They are quick even with large orders placed over the app. They get it out on time and its correct. Cant complain about anything other than the busy parking lot.

The Fil-A of Chickens, dined up locally here in Brentwood, is the most delectable white meat that will pass your lips via fast food service. If you go fast, go for Chicks. Best. Fast Food. Ever.
